CHEESE AND BROCCOLI TART
This is a super easy egg dish that can be made for breakfast, bruch or even dinner. Your entire family will enjoy this light and delicious tart. You can even double the recipe and freeze the extra tart for up to a month in your freezer. I found this kid-pleasing dish in a Parenting magazine.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Bake pie shell for 5 minutes, then remove from oven and set aside. Reduce heat to 375 degrees.
- Microwave broccoli in a microwave-safe bowl for about 3 minutes at full power, or until thawed. Drain well in colander.
- Sprinkle 1 cup of swiss chees over pie shell. Top with broccoli and onion.
- In a small bowl, beat eggs until blended. Stir in milk, salt, and pepper, and pour over broccoli. Sprinkle on remaining cheese.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until tart is golden brown and puffy.
- Let stand for about 10 minutes before serving warm.
BROCCOLI AND CREAM CHEESE TART
Serve this delicious tart for brunch, lunch, or a light supper. It can also be made using mini pastry shells for individual appetizers. For appetizers, adjust baking time to 20 minutes for or until browned and filling is set.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375. Pre-bake pie crust for 10 minutes. Remove from oven.
- Steam broccoli 3 to 4 minutes. Pat dry. Scatter broccoli over cooked pie crust.
- Beat cream cheese until smooth. Beat in half & half, eggs and yolk. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in green onions.
- Pour cheese mixture over broccoli. Sprinkle top with parmesan cheese. Bake until set, 35 minutes or until browned and filling is set.
- Serve warm or at room temperature.
BROCCOLI, POTATO, ONION AND BLUE CHEESE TART
Steps:
- 1. Grease a tart dish and line wth the pastry sheet. Cook the pastry until just brown, and put aside. 2. Slice the onions and potatoes and fry in the butter until potatoes start to soften. 3. Chop broccoli to bite size peieces and add to the onions/potatoes. Stir through until broccoli softens (just a few minutes). Season with salt/pepper. Leave for 10 minutes to cool. 4. In a jug, mix the eggs and cream together. 5. Fill the pastry to the top with the vegetables and level out. Top up with the egg/cream mixture. Crumble the cheese evenly over the top, and sprinkle with the chopped herbs. Season with salt and pepper. 6. Cook for 20-30 minnutes until starts to turn golden. Serve either hot or cold! 5.
