BAKED PENNE WITH SAUSAGE AND PEPPERS

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400F, with rack on upper middle position.
- In a large heavy pot, cook sausage and onions over medium high heat. Stir and cook about 5 minutes, or just until browned and cooked through. Add sliced peppers, stirring occasionally, until tender. Stir in red pasta sauce and garlic powder. Add salt and pepper to taste.
- Stir in cooked penne (should be just under al dente, so it won't overcook in oven.)
- Stir to coat penne well with sauce. Transfer to desired baking dish. Sprinkle with desired amount of cheese over the top.
- Bake about 5-10 minutes, or just until cheese is melted.
SAUSAGE AND PEPPER PENNE
This recipe is the best when made using farmer's sausage, but any sausage links will do. Add the red pepper flakes at the end for a little kick, or leave them out if spice isn't for you.

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; add penne and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, about 11 minutes.
- Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat, and cook and stir sausage, onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, orange bell pepper, and mushrooms until vegetables are tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, minced garlic, garlic powder, oregano, basil, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes into vegetable mixture; bring to a simmer and cook, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes.
- Drain pasta and spoon onto plates and top with sauce mixture.

- Brown sausage in a pan. Add onion. Use EVOO so nothing sticks if needed.
- Cook Penne Pasta as directions tell you too.
- Once Pasta is finised cooking. Add everything together pour the cheddar cheese soup add a little bit of milk and let everything warm up. It's ready to eat!! Enjoy!

- Heat oven to 350°. Cook and drain pasta as directed on package.
- While pasta is cooking, melt butter in 3-quart saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour, salt, 1/2 tea-spoon Italian seasoning, the pepper and garlic. Cook over medium-low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth and bubbly; remove from heat. Stir in milk. Heat to boiling over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Stir in Italian cheese blend and 1/4 cup of the Parmesan cheese until melted.
- Gently stir pasta and sausage into cheese sauce. Pour into ungreased 3-quart casserole. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning. Bake uncovered about 30 minutes or until bubbly.

- Preheat oven to 375°. Cook pasta according to package directions., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, brown sausage over medium heat 5 minutes; drain. In a large bowl, combine milk and soup. Stir in 1/2 cup onions, 1/2 cup cheese, peas and sausage. Drain pasta; stir into sausage mixture., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Cover and bake until bubbly, 25-30 minutes.
