Steps:
- Heat oven to 450°F. Line 15x10x1-inch pan with foil; spray foil with cooking spray.
- Cut potatoes into thin wedges. In large bowl, mix potatoes, oil, chili powder and garlic powder; toss to coat. Place in pan.
- Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until tender and golden brown, turning once.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, mix all dip ingredients except onions. Sprinkle onions on top of dip.

This is an Appetizer I'll be serving on Easter...everyone loves it...especially made with my Amish grown jumbo Jalapenos...they really pack the heat...It's a dip or we use it as a spread on assorted crackers...enjoy!

- 1. In a medium bowl mix the first 5 ingredients with a hand mixer. Fold in onion, jalapenos and parsley flakes until well blended. Chill until ready to serve. Serve with assorted crackers or chips.
