These biscuits are cheesy and rich, and fairly close to the ones a famous seafood restaurant chain serves.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the baking mix, cheese, and water. Mix until dough is firm. Using a small scoop, place dough on the prepared pan.
- Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 10 to 12 minutes, or until golden brown.
- Combine the melted butter, garlic powder, salt, onion powder and parsley. Brush over baked biscuits immediately upon removing from oven.

This recipe is adapted from "America's Most Wanted Recipes" but lightened up using the Weight Watcher's Recipe Builder E-Tool. This is a copycat recipe for Red Lobster's Cheddar Bay Biscuits! Each biscuit is 4 WW Points Plus and makes 10 biscuits.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
- 2. Stir together the biscuit mix, cheddar cheese, and milk until a soft dough forms. Beat with a wooden spoon for about 30 seconds.
- 3. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Smooth down the tops to prevent hard points from forming.
- 4. Bake for 8 - 10 minutes until the tops are brown
- 5. While the biscuits are baking, melt the butter in a pan and stir in the garlic powder.
- 6. Once the biscuits are done, brush the butter on the tops, sprinkle with parsley flakes, and serve hot.

- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Combine the baking mix, milk and cheddar cheese in a medium bowl.
- Mix by hand until well combined.
- Divide the dough into 12 equal portions (about 3 tbsp each) and spoon onto a lightly greased or nonstick cookie sheet.
- Flatten each biscuit a bit with your fingers.
- Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to brown.
- In a small bowl, combine the buttery spread with the garlic powder and the parsley flakes.
- Heat this mixture for 30 seconds in the microwave, then brush a light coating over the top of each biscuit.
