COPYCAT RED LOBSTER'S CHEDDAR BAY BISCUITS
These popular cheese and garlic biscuits from Red Lobster are perfectly easy to make and delicious to eat. Use Bisquick or your favorite baking mix (or make your own) and freshly grated cheddar cheese for best results.

- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F. Have an ungreased baking sheet ready. In a large bowl, beat together the baking mix, milk, and cheese until the mixture forms a soft dough. Drop the dough in about 1/4-cup size dollops onto the ungreased baking sheet. Do not place them too close together. Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 450 degrees F for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown. Mix together the melted butter and garlic powder. Remove the baking sheet from the oven. Brush the tops of the biscuits with the garlic butter then serve while they are still warm. Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or up to 2 days.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 450.
- Combine Bisquick with 4 Tablespoons butter using a pastry cutter or a large fork.
- Add milk, and cheddar cheese.
- Stir together.
- Spoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes.
- In a small sauce pan combine 2 Tablespoons butter, garlic powder and old bay seasoning.
- Heat until butter is melted.
- Spoon butter mixture over hot biscuits.
- Eat em' up!
- They are YUMMY!

- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until the tops of the biscuits begin to turn light brown.

- Combine flour, Cheddar cheese, baking powder, salt, and garlic powder in a bowl.
