COWBOY CAVIAR
Had something similar at a New Year's Eve Party. Since I was hosting a Packers vs Cowboys gathering, decided to make some to go with our taco bowls. Maybe it should be called Packers Caviar? Nah, doesn't have the same ring! Serve with crackers, tortilla chips, crudités or as part of a taco salad or bowl!

- 2. PS I happened to have a started jar of pimento in the fridge - otherwise wouldn't have included it!
- 3. PPS Feel free to use "real" garlic instead of the garlic salt and powder!
