2 ounces club soda
2 ounces light rum
club soda or ginger ale

Steps:

  • In tall glass, dissolve sugar in 2 oz club soda. Stir. Fill glass with ice and add rum. Top off with club soda or ginger ale and stir. Dangle spiral of orange and/or lemon peel over rim of glass.

15 ounces cream of coconut
1 1/2 cups orange juice
6 cups ice
1/4 cup heavy cream
46 ounces pineapple juice

Steps:

  • In a blender, puree a can of cream of coconut, orange juice, 4 cups ice, and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Pour half of mixture into serving pitcher. Add 2 cups of ice and 1 cup pineapple juice to the blender. Puree and add to pitcher. Stir remaining pineapple juice into pitcher.

1 large ripe banana
2 ripe kiwi fruit, peeled
1 c frozen pineapple tidbits (trader joe's)
about 10 maraschino cherries
2 Tbsp maraschino cherry juice
2 Tbsp agave nectar

  • 1. You need to put all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Pour into 2 or 3 glasses and top with a cherry.
