CARAMELIZED BAKED CHICKEN LEGS/WINGS
Delicious! Yummy caramelized legs, kids love these! So quick and easy and no marinating required. Just prepare the sauce, pour over the chicken and pop in the oven! I actually like this with wings better ;-) VERY IMPORTANT TO LEAVE IT IN THE OVEN UNTIL IT HAS CARAMELIZED TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT. Thank you to everyone for their positive reviews! Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius.
- Place chicken in a 9x13 inch baking dish. Mix together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, honey, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Pour over the chicken.
- Bake in preheated oven for one hour, or until sauce is caramelized.
- Could also use wings or pork ribs.

Steps:
- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Line a 9x13 pan with aluminium foil.
- 2. Lay chicken out and give them a good sprinkle of salt and pepper.Put them in the prepared pan.
- 3. In a glass measuring cup measure out the honey , soy sauce, and catsup. Add minced garlic and stir. If mixture doesn't combine well, microwave for 30 seconds.
- 4. Stir again and pour over chicken legs.
- 5. Put in preheated oven. Bake 45 minutes.
- 6. Take out of oven and turn over and return to the oven .
- 7. Raise the temperature to 425 and bake until the sauce is bubbly and starts to caramelized on the chicken legs.(about 15 minutes.
- 8. Remove from oven and let rest 15 minutes before serving.
