4 apples, chopped

Steps:

  • Mix dry pudding and pineapple.
  • Add apples and cool whip.
  • Refrigerate for about 2 hours before serving.

1/4 cup instant butterscotch pudding mix
1 snack-size cup (4 ounces) pineapple tidbits
1 cup chopped apple
1/4 cup miniature marshmallows
1/4 cup chopped dry roasted peanuts
3/4 cup whipped topping

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, combine pudding mix and pineapple. Add the apple, marshmallows and peanuts. Fold in whipped topping. Chill until serving.

8 ounces sugar-free Cool Whip (1 large tub, can use the Lite or Fat Free)
4 ounces jello sugar-free instant butterscotch pudding mix (1 box)
3 -4 apples, peeled and diced up (Granny Smith apples seem to be sweeter)
chopped nuts (optional)

Steps:

  • Mix the cool Whip and pudding mix.
  • Add the apples, and mix it up.
  • You can add the chopped nuts on top if you like.
  • Note: I used Granny Smith apples because it is really sweet. ALSO, I added 2 scoops of unflavored protien powder.

20 ounces no sugar added apple pie filling (Walmart brand recommended)
cinnamon
Splenda sugar substitute
chopped pecans
sugar free caramel syrup (such as Torani or Cinnabliss if you have it)
3 drops almond extract
1 1/4 cups oatmeal
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup Splenda sugar substitute
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 cup butter, melted

Steps:

  • Dumped apple topping into glass bread loaf dish. Add cinnamon, splenda, and chopped pecans. Add sugar free caramel syrup and Almond extract.
  • Dump the crust on top of your apples. I decoratively arranged pecan halves on top and drizzled with Cinnabliss caramel sauce on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Cover with aluminum foil and bake for an additional 15-30 minutes. This recipe is best eaten warm. The crust can be somewhat soggy if chilled or cooled. Add a scoop of sugar free or low carb ice cream for an ala mode affect.
