3 cups salted peanuts (no skins)
3 teaspoons butter
2 cups peanut butter chips
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
2 cups miniature marshmallows

Steps:

  • Put half the peanuts in lightly greased 11x7 pan.
  • Melt butter and chips on low.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Add milk and marshmallows.
  • Stir well.
  • Pour over peanuts.
  • Sprinkle with remaining peanuts.
  • Chill and cut into bars.

1 cup butter, softened
1 cup white sugar
½ cup packed brown sugar
2 eggs
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
6 (2.1 ounce) bars chocolate-coated peanut and nougat candy (such as Baby Ruth(R))

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Beat the butter or margarine with the white and brown sugars until light and fluffy. Blend in the eggs, mixing well.
  • Mix in the flour, baking soda and salt to the egg mixture. Reserve 1/2 cup of the chopped candy bars for the topping. Stir the remaining candy into the flour mixture. Spread the batter into one 13x9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle the reserved candy on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 25 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool in pan on a wire rack then cut into squares.

1 package yellow cake mix (regular size)
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup butter, melted
2 eggs
3 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each) , chopped

Steps:

  • In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, brown sugar, butter and eggs until well blended. Stir in chopped candy. , Spread into an ungreased 13-in. x 9-in. baking pan. Bake at 350° for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool on a wire rack. Cut into squares.

Ingredients
3 cups salted peanuts (no skins), divided
2 & 1/2 tablespoons butter
2 cups peanut butter chips
14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
2 cups miniature marshmallows
kosher salt or sea salt, optional

Steps:

  • Place 1 & 1/2 cups peanuts in the bottom of an ungreased 11″x 7″ pan.
  • Melt butter and peanut butter chips in a large saucepan over low heat. Stir until smooth.
  • Remove from heat. Stir in condensed milk and marshmallows. Continue stirring until smooth and well-blended.
  • Pour peanut butter mixture over peanuts in pan. Sprinkle remaining 1 & 1/2 cups peanuts over top of peanut butter mixture. If saltier bars are desired, sprinkle lightly with salt.
  • Cover and refrigerate until chilled. Then, cut into bars. Bars can be served chilled or at room temperature.
  • Notes
  • These can be made in a 9″x 13″ pan. Use another cup of peanuts, divided between the bottom of the pan and the top of the bars. The same amount of filling will work and give you slightly thinner bars.

1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
4 pkg. (8 oz. each) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
4 eggs
4 chocolate-coated caramel-peanut nougat bars (2.07 oz. each), chopped, divided

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix cookie crumbs and butter; press onto bottom of 13x9-inch pan.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl with mixer until blended. Add eggs, 1 at a time, mixing after each just until blended. Stir in 1 cup chopped candy bars; pour over crust. Sprinkle with remaining chopped candy.
  • Bake 40 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours.
