1/2 cup butter
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup whole milk
3-1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
30 caramels, unwrapped
1 tablespoon water
2 cups salted peanuts
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Steps:

  • In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the butter, cocoa, brown sugar and milk. Microwave on high until mixture boils, about 2 minutes. Stir in confectioners' sugar and vanilla. Pour into a greased 8-in. square dish. , In another microwave-safe bowl, heat caramels and water on high until melted, about 75 seconds. Stir in peanuts; spread over chocolate layer. Microwave chocolate chips on high until melted, about 30 seconds; spread over caramel layer. Chill until firm.

1 1/4 cups packed brown sugar
3/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 cups quick-cooking oats
1 1/2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips (9 oz)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
5 bars (2.07 oz each) Snickers™ candy bars, chopped (about 2 cups)

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. In large bowl, beat brown sugar and butter with electric mixer on medium speed until blended. Beat in vanilla and egg. On low speed, beat in oats, flour, baking soda and salt until well blended. Reserve 3/4 cup mixture for topping. Press remaining mixture in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch pan.
  • In 2-quart saucepan, heat chocolate chips and condensed milk over medium heat about 5 minutes, stirring frequently, until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Pour over crust.
  • Sprinkle chopped candy bars evenly over chocolate mixture. Crumble reserved oat mixture over candy.
  • Bake 32 to 37 minutes or until golden brown and set. Cool on cooling rack at least 2 hours. For bars, cut into 6 rows by 6 rows.

This is a recipe that I found years ago and it was made with Milky Way® bars and I changed it. I have used Snickers®, 3 Musketeers®, Milky Way®, etc. My kids love this.

6 (2.07 ounce) candy bars
2 teaspoons butter for greasing, or as needed
3 cups white sugar
¾ cup butter
⅔ cup evaporated milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Place candy bars into freezer for about 10 minutes to firm; slice 1/2-inch to 3/4-inch thick.
  • Line a 9-inch square baking dish with aluminum foil amd grease with butter.
  • Heat sugar, 3/4 cup butter, and evaporated milk in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring to melt butter and dissolve sugar. Bring mixture to a boil and cook, stirring constantly, until a candy thermometer inserted into the middle of the syrup reads 234 degrees F (110 degrees C), 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat and stir chocolate chips into syrup until melted and smooth. Stir marshmallow cream and vanilla extract into mixture to make a smooth fudge.
  • Spread half the fudge into the prepared dish and layer the candy bar pieces over the fudge; pour remaining fudge on top of candy bars. Let cool to room temperature before cutting into squares.

6 Snickers candy bars (2.07 ounces each)
3 cups sugar
3/4 cup butter, cubed
2/3 cup evaporated milk
2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line a 9-in. square pan with foil. Butter the foil and set pan aside. Cut candy bars into 1/2-in. slices; set aside. , In a heavy saucepan, bring sugar, butter and milk to a boil over medium heat. Cook and stir until a candy thermometer reads 234° (soft-ball stage), about 3 minutes. Remove from the heat. Stir in chocolate chips, marshmallow creme and vanilla until smooth. , Pour half into prepared pan. Sprinkle with candy bar slices. Top with remaining chocolate mixture and spread evenly. Let stand at room temperature to cool. Lift out of pan and remove foil. Cut into squares.

1/4 cup sugar

1/3 cup light corn syrup
1 cup heavy cream
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
Kosher salt
2 pints vanilla, chocolate, or your favorite ice cream
Sundae toppings, such as assorted buttered popcorn, chewy cinnamon candies, chopped candy bars or candy bar clusters, chocolate covered peanuts, gum drops, gummy bears, gummy fish candies, licorice and nonpareils

Steps:

  • For the fudge sauce: Combine the semisweet chocolate, heavy cream, light corn syrup, sugar and cocoa powder in a small saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the chocolate is melted.
  • Take the pan off the heat, and add the unsalted butter and vanilla extract. Continue to stir the fudge sauce until completely smooth.
  • Cool the sauce slightly before serving.
  • For the caramel sauce: Combine the sugar, light corn syrup and 1/2 cup water in a medium saucepan over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring constantly, until the sugar dissolves.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil. Once boiling, swirl the pan occasionally, but do not stir, until the caramel turns a deep-amber color, 10 to 12 minutes.
  • Reduce the heat to low, carefully add the heavy cream, stir to incorporate and simmer until smooth.
  • Remove the pan from the heat, stir in the butter and pinch of salt and cool the caramel sauce slightly before serving.
  • For the sundae bar: Serve the ice cream with the fudge sauce, caramel sauce, and sundae toppings.

Another fudge I make at Christmas for my kids and grandkids.

2 - (abt 3.7oz) snickers candy bars chopped
1 can(s) pillsbury creamy supreme milk chocolate frosting

  • Line 8 inch square pan with foil, extending foil over edges. Spray lightly with nonstick cooking spray.Set aside.
  • Melt chips in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat. add the chopped snickers bars and the frosting and mix well.and pour immediately into prepared pan.
  • When fudge has set and cooled. Remove from pan by lifting foil; Remove fudge from foil. Cut into squares. Serve fudge at room temperature..
