Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350˚F (180˚C). Grease a 12x4½- in (30x11-cm) baking pan and line with parchment paper.
- Make the shortbread: In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, and salt. Add the butter. Use your hands to work it into the flour until a dough forms. Transfer to the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly. Cover with foil.
- Bake for 45 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for another 45-60 minutes, until light golden brown. Let cool completely.
- Make the caramel filling: In a medium, heavy-bottomed saucepan, combine the brown sugar, corn syrup, butter, cream, and salt. Over medium-high heat, bring the caramel to a boil and let cook for 5 minutes. 5. Then, reduce the heat to low and cook for 10 more minutes, until slightly deeper golden in color. Remove the pot from the heat.
- Pour the caramel over the shortbread cookie. Let cool in the refrigerator for 2 hours or until set.
- Once the cookie has chilled, line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Make the chocolate ridges. Pour ⅓ of the melted chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread into a 13x5-inch (33x12 cm) rectangle.
- Lift the cookie out of the pan using the parchment paper, and remove the paper. Place the cookie on top of the chocolate rectangle. Pour the remaining melted chocolate on top of the caramel. Spread the chocolate to the edges in a zig-zag motion to create textured ridges. Return to the refrigerator for 20 minutes, until the chocolate hardens.
- While the cookie is chilling, make the chocolate glaze: Add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a medium microwave-safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 seconds intervals, stirring between each, until smooth. Set aside to cool for 15 minutes.
- Remove the cookie from the refrigerator. Invert 2 jars or glasses on a baking sheet or piece of parchment paper. Set the cookie bar on the jars and pour the chocolate glaze over the cookie. Use a spatula to carefully push the chocolate over the edges of the cookie to coat the sides, being careful not to flatten the edges. Carefully return to the refrigerator to chill for at least 1 hour, until the chocolate is hardened. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
- Cut into ¾-inch (2 cm) thick slices with a sharp knife.
- Enjoy!

Steps:
- Assemble the cake: Trim 1/2 inch off the short ends of the pound cake, then trim the domed top to make it flat. Stand the cake on its side and slice in half horizontally to make two equal-size rectangles.
- Microwave the chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring until melted. Beat the butter, 3 tablespoons milk and the confectioners' sugar with a mixer. Beat in the melted chocolate. Add more milk, if needed, to make the frosting spreadable.
- Lay the cake rectangles on a rack set on a rimmed baking sheet. Spread some of the frosting on one short end of each cake and press together to form a long rectangle. (You can slide a thin piece of cardboard under the cake for moving to a platter later.)
- Spread the remaining frosting on the cake in a 1-inch-thick layer, making the edges slightly higher than the center. Smooth the top and sides with an offset spatula. Freeze until firm, about 30 minutes.
- Mix the peanuts and dulce de leche in a bowl.
- Remove the cake from the freezer. Spread the peanut mixture on the frosting in a flat, even layer. Freeze until the dulce de leche is firm, about 30 minutes.
- Meanwhile, make the chocolate coating: Microwave the chocolate and butter in 30-second intervals, stirring, until melted and smooth.
- Pour the chocolate on the cake and spread it evenly over the top and sides with an offset spatula. Freeze until the chocolate cools slightly, 6 to 8 minutes.
- Starting at a short end of the cake, dip the edge of an offset spatula into the chocolate at an angle and gently pull up, repeating along the top of the cake to create a wave pattern. Chill 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350° F. Grease 12-cup fluted tube pan and dust with cocoa. Remove wrappers from 3 candy bars; chop and set aside.
- Melt butter in small saucepan over medium heat. Add cocoa and salt, whisking until smooth. Remove from heat; stir in 1 teaspoon vanilla. Set aside to cool 5 to 10 minutes.
- Stir together 2 cups flour, granulated sugar and baking soda. Slowly beat in melted butter mixture until moist crumbs form. Gradually add chocolate milk and eggs, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream; set aside.
- Beat cream cheese in separate bowl until smooth. Gradually beat in powdered sugar, egg yolk, remaining 2 tablespoons flour and remaining 1 teaspoon vanilla. Stir in coconut and chopped candy bars.
- Pour about ¾ of chocolate batter (about 4 cups) into prepared pan. Spoon cream cheese mixture down the middle of batter being careful not to go to edges of pan. Pour the remaining chocolate batter over cream cheese mixture.
- Bake 45 to 55 minutes or until wooden pick inserted into center of cake comes out clean. Cool in pan on wire rack about 20 minutes. Remove from pan to wire rack. Cool completely.
- Place chocolate chips in heat proof bowl. Heat whipping cream until hot, but not boiling; pour over chips. Allow to sit for about 5 minutes; whisk until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Cool 10 to 20 minutes or until mixture is cool and slightly thickened. Meanwhile, remove wrappers from remaining 2 candy bars and chop. Pour mixture over top of cake, allowing some to go down sides. Sprinkle top of cake with remaining chopped candy bars, almond slices and coconut. (If ganache is too warm it will not be thick enough to hold the toppings and they will slide off cake.)
- Store cake, covered in refrigerator. For best flavor allow cake to come to room temperature before serving.
