2 -3 cups water
3 -4 leaves kale, stems removed
4 fresh mint leaves
1 ripe banana
1 cup frozen mango

Steps:

  • Using blender, blend the water, kale, and mint.
  • Then add the banana and mango and blend again.
  • Serve and enjoy.
