Steps:
- 1. Combine spices together. Sprinkle pork chops on both sides.
- 2. In a large skillet, heat butter over medium-high heat. Add chops and cook 5 minutes on first side, turn and cook 4 additional minutes. Drain and return to skillet.
- 3. To the skillet add tomatoes; cover and cook over medium heat for approx. 10 minutes or until chops are cooked through. Remove chops to a serving platter and keep warm. Cook sauce until thickened and spoon over pork chops.
