12 rolls dinner rolls, 1 pack
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
¾ cup hot sauce
½ cup ranch dressing
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Steps:

  • Carefully slice the pack of dinner rolls in half, being sure to keep the rolls connected as a single units as they are split into tops and bottoms.
  • Remove the top and place the bottom section in a 9x12 inch (23x30 cm) baking dish.
  • Sprinkle the bottom with about 1 cup (100 g) of the shredded mozzarella cheese (make sure it is evenly coated as this will act as a barrier between the sauce and the bread, preventing the rolls from getting soggy).
  • Top the cheese with the shredded rotisserie chicken. Drizzle the hot sauce and ranch dressing evenly over the chicken and spread out evenly with a spoon. Top with remaining mozzarella cheese.
  • Place the top half of the rolls on top and brush evenly with melted butter.
  • Bake in a preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until the cheese is melty and the rolls have heated through.
  • Remove from oven, cool slightly before transferring to a cutting board.
  • Using a large knife, follow the lines of the rolls, cutting them into 12 individual sliders.

This Buffalo Chicken Pull Apart Bread is crazy delicious, wonderfully EASY and an epic crowd-pleasing appetizer perfect for Game Day and every party! It is your favorite warm, cheesy, decadent dip loaded with bacon then baked right into a buttery biscuit ring then dunked creamy Blue Cheese Dressing. It looks super impressive but you won't believe how easy it is! You can make the dip and assemble the ring beforehand so all you have to do is bake when it's party time!

Number Of Ingredients 12

2 tablespoons softened butter
1/4 cup Litehouse Chunky Blue Cheese Dressing
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup hot sauce
1/2 tsp EACH chili pwdr, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic pwdr, onion pwdr
salt to taste
1 cup freshly grated sharp cheddar cheese (divided)
1 cup freshly grated mozzarella cheese (divided)
2 cups packed shredded chicken ((about 1 1/2 pounds))
4 pieces Cooked and crumbled bacon
2 16.3 oz. pkgs. refrigerated biscuits ((16 biscuits total))
2 tablespoons melted butter

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Grease a 12 cup bundt pan with 2 tablespoons softened butter. Set aside.
  • Whisk together Litehouse Blue Cheese Dressing, cream cheese, hot sauce and all spices/seasonings until well combined.
  • Stir in 1/2 cup cheddar and 1/2 cup mozzarella followed by chicken and bacon.
  • Lay biscuits out separately on a flat surface. Top each biscuit with approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons Buffalo Chicken Dip (more or less so you use all the Dip).
  • Stack 3-4 biscuits together, turn on their side and place in greased bundt pan. Repeat with the remaining biscuits, arranging biscuit stacks in pan to create a ring - it will be tight.
  • Drizzle ring evenly with 2 tablespoons melted butter.
  • Bake Ring for 30 minutes or or until a toothpick comes out clean. You may need to cover the top with foil if the top is golden before the biscuits are cooked through. Sprinkle with the remaining cheeses (about 1 cup) and bake until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes.
  • Cool bread ring in the pan for 10 minutes then remove from pan (flip onto cooling rack then flip back over). Garnish with freshly chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with Litehouse Blue Cheese Dressing.

1 packet active dry yeast
¾ cup warm water
¼ cup sugar, divided, plus 1/2 teaspoon
1 cup all purpose flour, plus more for dusting
3 cups bread flour
1 teaspoon kosher salt
2 large eggs
½ cup canola oil
3 tablespoons honey
nonstick cooking spray, for greasing
3 cups rotisserie chicken, shredded
½ cup Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce, plus more for serving
2 oz cream cheese, room temperature
2 scallions, minced
1 ½ cups white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 large egg
1 teaspoon water

Steps:

  • In the bowl of a stand mixer, combine the yeast, warm water, and ½ teaspoon sugar. Let sit until bubbly, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the remaining ¼ cup sugar, the all-purpose flour, bread flour, salt, eggs, canola oil, and honey. Fit the mixer with the dough hook and mix on low speed until combined, about 1 minute. Increase the speed to medium and continue mixing, scraping down the sides of the bowl as needed, until a smooth ball forms, 5-7 minutes.
  • Grease a large bowl with nonstick spray. Add the dough, cover with plastic wrap, and let rest at room temperature until the dough is almost doubled in size, 1½-2 hours.
  • Meanwhile, make the filling: In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wing Sauce, cream cheese, and minced scallions. Mix well.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a large pizza sheet with parchment paper.
  • Make the egg wash: In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water until combined.
  • Divide the dough into 3 equal portions and transfer to a lightly floured surface. Roll 1 portion into a 12-inch round and transfer to the prepared baking sheet. Spread half of the chicken filling evenly over the dough, leaving a ½-inch border around the edges. Sprinkle half of the shredded cheese evenly over the filling.
  • Roll out another dough portion and place on top of the cheese. Layer the remaining filling and cheese over the dough. Roll out the last dough portion and place it on top. Press the edges together to seal.
  • Use a cup to gently mark a 3-inch circle in the center of the dough. Using a sharp knife, make 16 equal cuts from the edges of the center circle to the edges of the dough. Take 2 adjacent portions of dough and twist toward each other 2 or 3 times. Pinch the ends of the dough together. Repeat with remaining sections of dough until there are 6 points to the star. Brush the egg wash evenly over the bread.
  • Bake until golden brown, 25-30 minutes. Let cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes.
  • Drizzle more Frank's RedHot® Buffalo Wings Sauce over the star and serve with more sauce for dipping.

2 boneless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 pizza dough
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
3 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frank, wing sauce
1/3 cup ranch dressing or 1/3 cup blue cheese dressing

Steps:

  • Cut chicken into cubes. Season with salt and pepper. Heat teaspoon of olive oil in skillet and add chicken when hot. Cook chicken completely and then add 1/4 cup of wing sauce. Stir to coat chicken and let simmer for a minute or two. Take chicken off heat and let cool.
  • Pre-heat oven to 425°F.
  • On a well floured surface, spread pizza dough into a long rectangle shape. Add ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing (depending on your preference!) and remaining 1/4 cup of wing sauce. Spread across the dough. Add chicken and then top with mozzarella and cheddar cheese. You can also add a bit more of the wing sauce on top of the cheese if you want it to be a little bit spicier.
  • Starting on one of the short ends, roll it up until you reach the other end. Make sure to tuck the ends of the dough in so the middle doesn't 'ooze' out when baking.
  • Spray baking sheet with light coat of non-stick cooking spray. Place garbage bread on the pan and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Let sit for five minutes and cut into and enjoy!

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves (5 ounces each)
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs
1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons canola oil
1/4 cup buffalo wing sauce
1/4 cup shredded provolone cheese
1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Flatten chicken to 1/2-in. thickness. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. In a shallow bowl, whisk eggs. Place bread crumbs in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken in eggs, then coat with bread crumbs., In a large skillet over medium heat, cook chicken in oil for 7-10 minutes on each side or until chicken juices run clear, adding wing sauce during the last 2 minutes.
