1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in pizza sauce. Cut each biscuit into quarters; place in a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Top with the beef mixture. , Bake, uncovered, at 400° for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes longer. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.
  • In a large bowl mix quartered biscuits, garlic, l cup of sauce & 2 cups of cheese.
  • Add toppings and save some for the top layer.

Every Friday night is pizza night in our house. I found this recipe and now my family would rather have this instead of my homemade pizza. I've made it for a few friends when they came over to our house and they loved it too. Hope your family enjoys it as much as we do.

6-8 Tbsp land o lakes butter, melted
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp garlic powder
2 can(s) (12oz each) pillsbury grands jr golden layers refrigerated flaky original biscuits
40 small slices pepperoni
8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into 20 pieces
1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
1 1/4 c pizza sauce, heated

Steps:

  • 1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 12-cup fluted tube pan with CRISCO Original No-Stick Cooking Spray. In small bowl, mix melted butter, Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
  • 2. Separate 1 can of dough into 10 biscuits; press or roll each into 3-inch round. Place 2 pepperoni slices in center of each biscuit round. Top each with piece of mozzarella cheese. Bring dough up around filling; press edge to seal and shape each into ball. Roll in butter mixture; place 10 balls in pan.
  • 3. Sprinkle dough balls with Parmesan cheese. Repeat with remaining can of biscuits, placing balls over balls in pan. Pour remaining butter mixture over top.
  • 4. Bake 33 to 38 minutes or until deep golden brown. Cool 5 minutes. Gently loosen bread from sides of pan. Place large heatproof plate upside down over pan; turn plate and pan over. Remove pan. Serve warm with warm pizza sauce for dipping.

1/2 cup green pepper, seeded and finely chopped
1 small onion, chopped
1 cup sliced black olives

4 cups grated mozzarella cheese (or to taste)
sliced pepperoni (any amount desired)
parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Set oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl combine the pasta sauce with the green pepper, onion, olives and mushrooms.
  • Cut EACH biscuit into four even pieces with kitchen shears.
  • Arrange HALF of the biscuit pieces in the greased baking dish (it might not cover all of the dish).

2 c pizza sauce
2 c mozzarella cheese
1 c cheddar cheese
toppings of your choice ( if using raw meats, brown first and drain )
1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • 2. In large bowl quarter both tubes of biscuits.
  • 3. Add pizza sauce, garlic powder and toppings (sausage, pepperoni, hamburger, onion, olives, green peppers, mushrooms, or other toppings of your choice). I mix with my hands.

This is an incredibly easy snack recipe that I learned back in 7th grade Home Ec. Good for kids, dorm cooking, movie nite, or any quick fix. It's also a great one to make with kids because they can help with the entire process or make it themselves if they're older. You can always split up the Italian seasoning or add more toppings if you need more "jobs" for your cooks! For easier and safer cutting, they can use kitchen scissors. I don't like pepperoni so I always replace it with mushrooms or peppers.

1 (4.5 ounce) can sliced mushrooms
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown. Stir in pepperoni, and cook until browned. Drain excess fat. Stir in pizza sauce. Remove from heat, and set aside.
  • Cut biscuits into quarters, and place in the bottom of baking dish. Spread meat mixture evenly over the biscuits. Sprinkle top with onion, olives and mushrooms.
  • Bake uncovered in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle top with mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until cheese is melted. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

This is a really quick and easy pizza recipe. I made this a lot on Saturday nights when our kids were little and it was always a hit!

2 Tubes refriderated biscuits
1-15oz jar pizza sauce
1-lb browned grd beef or sausage drained. you may also use canadian bacon or pepperoni
1-8oz pkg mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Spray 9x13 pan, cut up each biscuit into fourths and place in pan. Top with sauce, then meat of choice, and top with cheese.
  • 2. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. or until golden brown on top. Let cool for 5 minutes and cut into squares. Very good quick and easy pizza
  • 3. **You may also add onion, green pepper, or black olives if you desire.

My family loves my pizza and I make them on weekends and watch movies while we eat pizza. It is so easy and simple to make pizza. They are so delicious and tasty and cheey.

1 1/2 lb ground beef
50 pepperoni slices
1 jar(s) pizza sauce
2 tubes refrigerator biscuits
1 1/2 c shredded mozzarella cheese
1 c shredded cheddar cheese

Steps:

  • 1. Brown the beef in a skillet and drain. Stir pizza sauce into browned hamburger and simmer until heated through. Quarter the biscuits and place in a 13-in x 9-in x 2-in greased baking dish. Top with beef mixture and put pepperoni slices on top of beef mixture. Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake 5-10 more minutes
