Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Stir together the sriracha and brown sugar in a medium bowl; add the bacon pieces and toss to coat. Set aside.
- Line a large rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil; place a wire rack over the foil. Spray the rack liberally with cooking spray. Place the bacon pieces in a single layer on the rack.
- Bake until the bacon is almost crisp, 15 to 20 minutes. Sprinkle the bacon with the toasted and black sesame seeds and bake an additional 5 minutes. Cool for 5 to 8 minutes, moving the bacon pieces slightly on the rack every 2 minutes to prevent sticking. (The bacon will crisp more as it cools.)

Steps:
- Step 1) Set oven to 375 degrees F. In a bowl combine Sriracha and brown sugar. Also add in bacon pieces. Lightly toss and set aside.
- Step 2) Line a large baking sheet with tin foil and put a wire rack over the tin foil. Spray rack and put bacon bites in one layer on the rack.
- Step 3) Bake 15 to 20 minutes until bacon is just about crispy. Coat bacon with both types of sesame seeds and bake an extra 5 minutes. Let cool 5 to 8 minutes and gently move bacon pieces every 2 minutes to prevent sticking. As it cools, the bacon will get even crispier. Enjoy!
- *(Pro tip: If you want even more Sriracha flavor, don't forget that you can pour some Sriracha in a dish and dip the bacon in the Sriracha sauce kinda like a bacon chicken nugget).
