1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
1 clove garlic, minced
2 tilapia fillets

Steps:

  • Mix olive oil, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, and garlic together in a small bowl. Place each tilapia fillet in a separate resealable zip-top bag.
  • Pour 1/2 of the marinade into each bag. Seal bags and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
  • Set an oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
  • Remove fillets from the marinade, shake off excess, and place on a broiling pan with a drip pan or baking sheet underneath. Discard the remaining marinade.
  • Broil in the preheated oven for 3 to 4 minutes. Flip fillets and cook until fish flakes easily with a fork, 2 to 3 minutes more.

1 1/2 pounds fresh Tilapia (or frozen, thawed)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup lemon juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
paprika
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Place Tilapia fillets in a shallow dish and sprinkle with garlic powder. Combine melted butter, lemon juice, soy sauce and pour over Tilapia then turn to coat. Let stand for 10 minutes. Place fish on broiler pan then broil about 4 inches from heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Sprinkle with paprika, salt and pepper.

6 tilapia fillets
1 teaspoon oregano
salt and pepper, to taste
1 teaspoon parsley, finely choopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
3 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
1 lemon, cut into 6 wedges

Steps:

  • Line the broiler pan with aluminium foil.
  • Pat the fish dry then place it on the pan. Season both sides of the fish with the salt, pepper, oregano and parsley.
  • Drizzle the fish with the olive oil then top with the garlic.
  • Set the broiler and place the fish about 8 inches away. Cook until the fish is cooked through and flaky, about 8 minutes. (Time depends on the thickness of the fillets.) Be careful not to burn the garlic.
  • Serve with the lemon wedges.

A very healthy, tasty way to make fish. The lemon juice and seasonings really give the fish oomph!!

1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1 Tbsp plus 1-1/2 tsp lite mayonnaise
1 Tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp dried basil
1/8 tsp onion powder
1/8 tsp celery salt
1 lb tilapia fillets

Steps:

  • 1. Preheat broiler. Place foil on broiler pan, spray foil w/ cooking spray.
  • 2. Arrange fillets in single layer on pan. Broil 2-3 min. Flip fillets over and broil 2 mins.
  • 3. In small bowl, mix together parmesan cheese, butter, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Season w/ bail, onion powder, and celery salt. Mix well. Remove fillets from oven. Cover fillets evenly w/ parmesan mix, on top of fish only. Broil 2 min, or until fish flakes easily.
