BROCCOLI TUNA BAKE

- In a large bowl, combine the soup, milk and lemon juice. Stir in tuna, rice and pepper. , Transfer to a greased 10-in. pie plate or quiche dish. Bake, uncovered, at 375° for 25 minutes. Top with broccoli; sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

- Heat the reserved oil from the tuna in a very large saucepan. Tip in the tomatoes plus 200ml water and simmer while you cook the pasta, following pack instructions. Add the broccoli for the final 3 mins, then drain, reserving some of the cooking water.
- Heat the grill. Stir the soft cheese into the tomato sauce until melted, then mix with the pasta, broccoli and drained tuna, along with a little of the reserved cooking water if the sauce looks a bit thick. Season with salt and pepper.
- Tip into an ovenproof dish and sprinkle on the cheddar and crumbs. Grill, not too close to the heat, for about 4-6 mins until golden and bubbling. Serve with a big side salad, if you like.

- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 8-inch square (2-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
- Sprinkle broccoli, tuna and 1 1/2 cups of the cheese in baking dish.
- In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix, sour cream, milk and eggs with wire whisk or fork until blended. Pour into baking dish.
- Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup cheese. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 200C/400F/ gas mark 6.
- Cook the pasta in boiling water for 5 minutes, add the broccoli and cook for another 4-5 minutes until just tender. Drain.
- Flake tuna into an ovenproof dish.
- Blend margarine, flour and milk, bring to boil, stirring constantly until sauce thickens.
- Simmer for 2-3 minutes, remove from heat and add half the cheese, mustard powder, and pepper to taste.
- Spoon pasta and broccoli over the time and cover with the sauce.
- Mix breadcrumbs with the remaining cheese and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until golden and crisp.
