Number Of Ingredients 10

2 tubes (11 ounces each) refrigerated breadsticks
1/2 pound sliced fresh mushrooms
2 medium green peppers, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1-1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning, divided
4 teaspoons olive oil, divided
1-1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, divided
5 ounces Canadian bacon, chopped
1-1/2 cups shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Marinara sauce

Steps:

  • Unroll breadsticks into a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of pan; pinch seams to seal. Bake at 350° until set, 6-8 minutes., Meanwhile, in a large skillet, saute the mushrooms, peppers, onion and 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning in 2 teaspoons oil until crisp-tender; drain., Brush crust with remaining oil. Sprinkle with 3/4 cup cheddar cheese; top with vegetable mixture and Canadian bacon. Combine mozzarella cheese and remaining cheddar cheese; sprinkle over top. Sprinkle with remaining Italian seasoning., Bake until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown, 20-25 minutes. Serve with marinara sauce. Freeze option: Bake crust as directed, add toppings and cool. Securely wrap and freeze unbaked pizza. To use, unwrap pizza; bake as directed, increasing time as necessary.

4 tablespoons dry parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons garlic powder
1 tablespoon onion salt
1 tablespoon oregano

Steps:

  • Combine spices and roll breadsticks in then bake.
  • Can increase measurements using formula of 4 parts parm, 3 parts garic powder, 1 part onion salt and 1 part oregano.
  • Cannot advise on quantity of breadsticks since I had just written down the ingredients with the formula.
  • Amount needed will be determined by the quantity of breadstick dough.

1 14 ounce(s) jar pizza sauce
3/4 cup(s) chopped pepperoni
4 - green onions, chopped
1 2 1/4 ounce(s) can sliced black olives, drained
1/2 teaspoon(s) dried oregano
1 cup(s) shredded mozzeralla cheese
1 3 ounce(s) cream cheese, softened
- breadstick dippers (recipe follows)

Steps:

  • Combine pizza sauce, pepperoni, green onions, olives and oregano in 2-quart slow cooker. Cover. cook on LOW 2 hours or on HIGH 1 to 1/2 hours or until mixture is heated through.
  • Stir in mozzarella and cream cheese until melted and well blended. Serve with Breadstick Dippers. Breadstick Dippers 1 package refrigerated breadstick dough 2 teaspoons melted butter 2 teaspoons minced parsley Bake breadsticks according to package directions. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with parsley.

1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 cup diced pepperoni
1 1/2 cups three-cheese pasta sauce
1 (11 ounce) can pillsbury refrigerated breadstick dough
3 tablespoons melted butter
3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
parmesan cheese (optional)
1 cup shredded colby-monterey jack cheese

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease a 13x9-inch baking dish.
  • Brown ground beef; drain.
  • Stir in pepperoni and pasta sauce. Cook until boiling, stirring frequently, and keep hot.
  • Meanwhile, combine melted butter and garlic powder. Unroll the breadstick dough, and brush butter mixture over the top. Separate dough into 10 breadsticks, and cut each breadstick into three crosswrise pieces.
  • Spoon ground beef mixture into baking dish and spread dough pieces, garlic side up, evenly over hot ground beef mixture (make sure ground beef is piping hot to ensure that the underside of the breadsticks cook completely). Sprinkle with parmesan cheese, if you wish.
  • Bake 15 to 18 minutes, or until topping is golden brown and no longer doughy.
  • Sprinke with colby-monterery jack cheese. Bake 10 minutes longer or until cheese is melted.

1 cup warm soy milk (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
1 tablespoon active dry yeast
1 teaspoon white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ cups rice flour
1 cup tapioca starch
1 teaspoon xanthan gum
1 teaspoon unflavored gelatin
1 teaspoon herbes de Provence
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Combine soy milk, yeast, and sugar in a bowl. Let sit until foamy, about 15 minutes. Add vinegar and oil.
  • Stir rice flour, tapioca starch, xanthan gum, gelatin, and herbes de Provence together in a bowl. Transfer to the bowl of a stand mixer with a paddle attachment. Add the yeast mixture; mix on medium to high speed until dough is sticky and well combined, about 6 minutes.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray.
  • Place dough in a resealable plastic bag and cut a 1/2- to 3/4-inch triangle from one of the bottom corners. Squeeze dough onto the prepared baking sheet in long strips to create 10 breadsticks.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until golden brown, 10 to 12 minutes.
