Steps:
- Thaw and deep fry chicken wings in oil.
- I usually cook 10-12 at a time in large skillet.
- Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil.
- Set cooked wings aside to cool to room temperature.
- Melt butter.
- Add lemon juice, Italian seasoning and hot sauce.
- Cool to room temperature.
- Place cooled wings in gallon ziplock bags and add sauce.
- Seal and marinate for 1/2 hour.
- Place wings on baking sheets and cook at 325°F for 15-20 minutes.
- You may reuse the leftover sauce for dipping if you reheat it to the boiling point.
- Good served w/ ranch dressing and veggie sticks. (Also see stuffed mushroom recipe).
- You can deep fry, add sauce and freeze for up to three weeks.
- Thaw then bake.
- This is a crowd pleaser and goes fast.
EASY RESTAURANT-STYLE BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
Super easy delicious chicken wings. My wife doesn't like the hot sauce, so she heats BBQ sauce in the microwave and uses that.

- Rinse chicken wings in cold water; drain and pat dry with paper towels.
- Mix flour, salt, pepper, and garlic powder together in a 1-gallon resealable bag; add chicken wings. Seal bag and shake to evenly coat chicken.
- Heat oil in a deep-fryer or large saucepan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Remove chicken from bag and shake off any excess coating; fry in the preheated oil until chicken is no longer pink in the center, about 7 minutes. Remove chicken with a slotted spoon and drain on a paper towel-lined plate.
- Combine hot sauce and butter in saucepan over medium heat; cook until heated through, about 5 minutes. Coat cooked chicken wings with sauce.

- 1. Prepare the chicken wing pieces and pat them dry with paper towels.
- 2. Add the spices to a small shaker jar and mix well. Season the wings generously and rub it into the chicken. Set aside and let it rest.
- 3. Cover a large sheet pan with foil. This is great for an easy cleanup. Add a rack and spray with kitchen spray. Preheat oven to 415 degrees, middle rack.
- 4. Melt the butter in a small saucepan. Add the Frank's Hot Sauce and whisk to combine.
- 5. Pour the butter mixture over the seasoned chicken.
- 6. Toss the chicken pieces until the pieces are well-coated.
- 7. Place the chicken on the greased rack.
- 8. Bake the chicken pieces 25 to 30 minutes and then turn and bake 25 to 30 minutes MORE. (50 TO 60 minutes total time) Watch the first time you make this recipe because every oven is different.
- 9. After the pieces are browned to your liking, place them on a platter.
- 10. Make the simple sauce below. It goes so great with these wings! Serve with Carrot and Celery sticks.
- 11. WING SAUCE Individual serving: 1/4 cup of Ranch dressing 1 1/2 teaspoon of Frank's Hot Sauce. Mix well. To make one cup of sauce: 1 cup Ranch dressing 2 tablespoons Frank's hot sauce. Mix well. Good with Buffalo wings, chicken strips and carrot and celery sticks.
- 12. Mix until combined. The sauce will be a light salmon color. For more heat, add more sauce to taste. Enjoy!
