RANCH BLT ROLL UPS

Ranch BLT Roll Ups are a hit at every party! Bacon, lettuce and tomato are even better with ranch dressing and cream cheese! These are perfect for game day!

Number Of Ingredients 6

12 oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 oz. dry ranch mix
14.5 oz. Hunt's Diced Tomatoes
1 lb thick cut bacon (cooked and crumbled)
6-8 wraps or large tortillas
1/2 cup shredded lettuce

Steps:

  • whisk together cream cheese, ranch mix, Hunt's Diced Tomatoes and bacon
  • lay 1 wrap out on cutting board and spread cream cheese mixture in an even layer on wrap, be sure to go all the way to edges
  • sprinkle with some of the lettuce
  • roll wrap up like a cigar and lay on a plate, seem side down
  • repeat with remaining wraps
  • place in fridge for at least 1 hour
  • cut off edges and set aside
  • cut 1 inch slices and lay on serving dish
  • enjoy!

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup mayo
8-10 slices center cut bacon, cooked and crumbled
1 cup chopped tomatoes
4 eight-inch flour tortillas
1 cup shredded romaine lettuce

Steps:

  • 1. Mix cream cheese and mayo in a bowl. Add crumbled bacon and diced tomatoes. Spread mixture on tortillas and top with lettuce. Roll up tightly in wax paper and refrigerate for an hour. Slice into 1/2 inch slices.

16 ready-to-serve fully cooked bacon strips, warmed if desired
8 flour tortillas (8 inches), room temperature
4 cups chopped lettuce
2 cups chopped tomatoes (3 small tomatoes)
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup ranch salad dressing

Steps:

  • Place 2 bacon strips across the center of each tortilla. Top with lettuce, tomatoes and cheese; drizzle with salad dressing. Fold 1 side of the tortilla over filling and roll up.

3 9 inch - flour tortillas
3 oz - cream cheese, softened
2 Tbsp - ranch dressing
6 slices - bacon, crumbled
1/2 cup - shredded lettuce
1 - large tomato, diced

Steps:

  • Lay all 3 tortillas out on work surface.
  • Mix cream cheese & ranch until smooth.
  • Spread thin layer over each tortilla.
  • Sprinkle each tortilla with 1/3 each lettuce, tomato & crumbled bacon.
  • Starting at one edge, roll each tortilla into a tight spiral log.
  • Slice into 1 inch sections, serve with Ranch dressing if desired.

1/4 c kraft real mayo
8 slice bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 c chopped tomatoes
2 four tortillas (8 inch)
1/2 c shredded romaine lettuce

Steps:

  • 1. MIX cream cheese and mayo in medium bowl. Add bacon and tomatoes; mix well.
  • 2. SPREAD onto tortillas; top with lettuce. Roll up tightly. CUT each into 7 diagonal slices.

4 teaspoons heavy mayonnaise
1 head iceberg lettuce (4 outer leaves only)
1/4 pound sliced turkey (no sugar added)
1/4 pound precooked bacon strips (8 slices)
1 tomato, thinly sliced to make 8 slices
1/4 pound sliced Swiss cheese

Steps:

  • Spread about a teaspoon of mayonnaise on the inside of a large single outer leaf of iceberg lettuce. Place leaf on the counter and top with 2 slices of turkey breast, 2 bacon slices, 2 slices of cheese, and 1 to 2 tomato slices. Roll up like a burrito. Close with toothpicks and cut into pinwheels. Repeat to make 4 roll-ups.
