BEST HOT WING SAUCE IN AMERICA
This sauce is simply the best one that I have ever used! My family really enjoys this on wings and other things. Try something off the wall and fry up some potatoes and put this sauce on for a treat, or try using it as a toasted bread dipping sauce for a unique treat!

Steps:
- Melt the butter in the pan.
- Add the garlic and sauté for 3 to 4 minutes.
- Add the flour and whisk until smooth, cook for 1 more minute.
- Add the Franks and the vinegar, bring to a boil.
- If desired add the pepper flakes and simmer for 2 or 3 minutes.
- Pour over the food of your choice and enjoy.
HOT AND SPICY WING SAUCE
Hot and spicy very tasty. Dip your favorite meat into the sauce. Place on a serving dish and serve immediately.

CRISPY WINGS WITH HOT HONEY SAUCE

- For the wings: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a sheet pan with foil, then place a metal rack on the pan.
- Pat the wings dry with kitchen paper, then sprinkle with the salt, pepper and smoked paprika on both sides. Place them on the rack, making sure they are not touching. Bake for 25 minutes, then pull them out. Use tongs to turn them over, then put them back in the oven and bake until golden brown and cooked through, an additional 20 minutes .
- For the hot honey sauce: Meanwhile, add the honey, barbecue sauce, Louisiana hot sauce, vinegar, jalapenos and serranos to a small pot over low heat. Stir to combine. Bring to a simmer and continue to cook on low until reduced and slightly thickened, about 20 minutes.
- Remove the wings from the oven and turn the oven to broil. One by one, dunk the wings in the sauce. Place them back on the rack and broil for 3 minutes to caramelize.
- For the garnish: Place the wings on a platter and sprinkle over the chopped parsley. Serve with a bowl of ranch dressing for dipping.
BLONDIE'S WING SAUCE~HOT!
I love a good hot wing and HOT sauce to go with it! Here's my rendition. I hope you chile tongues will appreciate it for what it is. You tender tongues, just leave out the habanero and some of the Tabasco. It will surprise you how good this is.

- Before you prepare the wings, start the sauce, so it can simmer on the stove for a while.
- In a medium saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Stir well. Turn burner on med-hi. When sauce begins a slow boil, reduce the heat to low Allow sauce to simmer at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- After the wings are done, toss them in a large bowl with the sauce over them. *OR* brush the sauce on the wings and eat them before they get too cool. Eat as many as you like. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ENJOY!~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Have some carrot sticks and celery sticks to dip into Bleu Cheese Dressing. What a great combo!
- p.s. You can freeze any leftover sauce for the next time you make wings, or want to serve the sauce on another dish.
