1 pouch (1 lb 1.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ sugar cookie mix
2 tablespoons Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
1 egg
1 bag (12 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (2 cups)
1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated)
1 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 cup chopped macadamia nuts
1/4 cup white vanilla baking chips
1 teaspoon vegetable oil

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch pan with cooking spray.
  • In large bowl, mix cookie mix, flour, butter and egg until well mixed. Press dough into bottom of prepared pan. Bake 16 to 18 minutes or until light golden brown. Cool 10 minutes.
  • Meanwhile, in small saucepan melt 1 cup of the chocolate chips and half of the sweetened condensed milk over medium-low heat, stirring frequently; remove from heat. Stir in remaining condensed milk, egg and vanilla. Spread over crust. Sprinkle with remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and nuts.
  • Bake 22 to 25 minutes or until set. Cool completely, about 30 minutes.
  • For white chocolate drizzle, place baking chips and oil in small resealable freezer plastic bag. Microwave on medium (50%) for 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds, turning bag over after 25 seconds. Squeeze bag until chips are melted and smooth. Cut small tip off one corner of bag, and drizzle over bars. Let stand until set, about 10 minutes. For bars, cut into 8 rows by 4 rows.

3/4 cup butter or margarine
1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
1 tablespoon vanilla
2 eggs
2 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts or slivered almonds
1 cup white baking chips
1 teaspoon shortening

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F. Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2 inches. Heat butter and brown sugar in 3-quart saucepan over low heat about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until butter is melted; remove from heat.
  • Beat vanilla and eggs into sugar mixture with electric mixer on medium speed. Beat in flour and baking powder on low speed. Stir in half of the nuts and 1/4 cup of the baking chips. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with remaining nuts and 1/2 cup of the baking chips.
  • Bake 25 to 30 minutes or until top is golden brown and center is set. Cool about 30 minutes.
  • Melt remaining 1/4 cup baking chips and the shortening in 1-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour into small resealable plastic food-storage bag; seal bag. Cut small opening in a corner of the bag. Squeeze bag to drizzle melted chips over bars. Cool until set. For 48 bars, cut into 8 rows by 6 rows.

1/2 cup butter, softened
2/3 cup sugar
1 large egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
1 cup white baking chips

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in egg and vanilla. In another bowl, whisk flour and baking soda; gradually beat into creamed mixture. Stir in nuts and baking chips., Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Cool on pans 1 minute. Remove to wire racks to cool completely. Freeze option: Freeze cookies, layered between waxed paper, in freezer containers. To use, thaw before serving or, if desired, reheat on a baking sheet in a preheated 350° oven 3-4 minutes.

1 pouch Betty Crocker™ white chocolate macadamia nut cookie mix
1/3 cup butter, softened
4 eggs
1 box (16.5 oz) Betty Crocker™ lemon supreme dessert bar mix
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F (350°F for dark or nonstick pans).
  • In medium bowl, stir together cookie mix, butter and 1 of the eggs until soft dough forms. Add lemon bar crust from mix; stir to combine. Press dough in bottom of ungreased 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish.
  • Bake 10 to 15 minutes or until light golden brown. Meanwhile, in small bowl, beat lemon filling from lemon bar mix and remaining 3 eggs with whisk until smooth.
  • Pour lemon mixture over hot crust. Bake 25 to 30 minutes longer or until set. Cool completely, about 2 hours.

2 c flour
1/2 c powdered sugar
1 c softened butter - not melted
2 c white chocolate chips
1 1/4 c chopped macadamia nuts
3 egg whites
1 c light brown sugar

Steps:

  • 1. Crust: mix flour, powdered sugar, and butter with pastry blender until crumbly. Press firmly into a ungreased 13X9 pan and bake at 375° for 14 minutes or until golden. Remove from heat.
  • 2. Topping: sprinkle morsels and 1 cup nuts over the hot crust.
  • 3. Beat egg whites with mixer until frothy. Gradually add brown sugar. Beat until stiff peaks form. Spread meringue over morsels and nuts. Sprinkle with remaining nuts. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until golden brown. Serve warm or cool.
