BLACK AND TAN MOCKTAIL
This is a very easy mocktail and if you love ginger beer like I do, you'll enjoy this. The basic idea is one part ginger ale to one part ginger beer. Serve in a nice tall chilled glass and chill out yourself for awhile. :)

- Pour the ginger ale and ginger beer into a chilled pilsner glass(or any glass you like). Do not stir, but do enjoy!

TEA-TINI MOCKTAIL

Steps:
- Fill a cocktail shaker with a handful of ice. Add the tea and the Lemon Simple Syrup, and shake what your mama gave you. Pour into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with the lemon strip.
- Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, lower the heat, and simmer for about 10 minutes. Let cool, then stir in the lemon juice. Use immediately or store, covered, in the refrigerator.
SUNSET MOCKTAIL
A mix of fruits to give a fuzzy feeling like the feeling you feel one watching your first sunset. Awwwwwwww!
