RITZ CRACKER PECAN PIE
Steps:
- Beat egg whites till stiff adding 1/2 c. sugar. Fold meringue into mixture of crackers and nuts. Add vanilla and bake @ 300 1/2 hour. Cover with whipped cream and shaved chocolate.
