1 pound ground beef (80/20)
1 egg yolk
1 tablespoon olive oil (extra virgin)
2 cloves minced garlic
fresh ground pepper {or to taste}
1 tablespoon butter

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Create four burger patties, creating a thumb print in the center.
  • Refrigerate for 10 minutes.
  • Add your butter to your pan, setting the heat to high.
  • Add burger patties into pan, searing on the first side for four minutes before turning.
  • for medium rare burgers, sear on the opposite side for approximately 3 minutes. Medium should take an extra minute or so.
  • Add cheese during the last 30 seconds of cooking to create the perfect melt!

Here's what you need: ground beef, salt, pepper, onion powder, oil, cheddar cheese, hamburger buns, bacon, tomato, lettuce

1 lb ground beef, 80% lean
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 tablespoon oil
2 oz cheddar cheese, sliced into 3 square chunks
3 hamburger buns
3 strips bacon, cooked, sliced in half
3 slices tomato
3 pieces lettuce

Steps:

  • Mix together the patty ingredients until evenly combined.
  • Flatten the beef into a thin layer, then place a chunk of cheddar inside, wrapping the beef completely around the cheddar. Form a patty with your hands.
  • Repeat with the remaining beef and cheese.
  • Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  • Cook the burgers for 3 minutes on the first side, flip, then cook for 6 more minutes.
  • Assemble the burgers with the bun, bacon, tomato, and lettuce.
  • Enjoy!

Best Foods has a recipe on their website to make the "best ever juicy Burger".It calls for mayo,bread crumbs,onion soup mix & ground beef.I didn't want to add bread crumbs,we're not making meatloaf here after all,and I don't use onion soup mix in my cooking as it's too salty. I liked the taste of worchestershire sauce in beef.Yesterday,my husband grilled these burgers,my sons & friends ate them hour later and said they were great! and so juicy.

- 1/2 c best foods or hellman's real mayonnaise
- 2 lb ground sirloin
- salt and pepper
- 1/4 c worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Combine all ingredients lightly. Shape into 6 burgers. Season lightly with salt and pepper.Grill or broil until well done.
