This easy Berry Lemonade is the perfect way to cool off on hot summer days! With just 3 ingredients, this Berry Lemonade recipe is quick to prepare and even easier to drink!

Number Of Ingredients 4

2/3 cup lemon juice (up to 3/4 cup)
1 cup frozen berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc.)
2/3 cup sugar cane syrup (or simple syrup)
3 cups cold water

Steps:

  • Place berries in ice cube tray, cover with water and freeze overnight or until solid.
  • Cut lemons in half and using a juicer, juice the lemons until you have about 2/3 to 3/4 cup lemon juice, depending on how tart you want the lemonade to be.
  • Slice 2 lemons and add to a pitcher. Pour in lemon juice, syrup and water. Stir to combine. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • When ready to serve, add berry ice cubes to cups and pour lemonade over the top. Alternately, you can add the berry ice cubes to the pitcher, stir, and serve. Lemonade will turn red when the ice cubes begin to melt.

Number Of Ingredients 8

7 tea bags
3 cups boiling water
1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1/2 cup sugar
4 cups cold water
3/4 cup thawed raspberry lemonade concentrate
1 medium lemon, sliced
Ice cubes

Steps:

  • Place tea bags in a 4-cup glass measuring cup. Add boiling water; steep 3-5 minutes according to taste. Discard tea bags. Cool tea slightly. Place blueberries in a small food processor; process until pureed., In a large pitcher, combine tea and sugar, stirring to dissolve sugar. Stir in cold water, lemonade concentrate, lemon slices and blueberries. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve over ice.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups water, divided
1 cup sugar
1 cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon zest
1 cup blackberries
1 to 2 drops blue food coloring, optional

Steps:

  • In a large saucepan, bring 2 cups water and sugar to a boil. Boil for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat. Stir in the lemon juice, zest and remaining water; cool slightly., In a blender, combine 1 cup of lemon mixture and the blackberries; cover and process until blended. Strain and discard seeds. Pour blackberry mixture and remaining lemon mixture into a pitcher; stir well. Add food coloring if desired. Refrigerate until chilled. Serve in chilled glasses over ice.

Strain and discard seeds., Transfer to a 2-1/2-qt. freezer container; stir in water.
