THE POSSIBLE IMPOSSIBLE BROCCOLI AND CHEESE PIE
This is made without a crust, it is so yummy, and quite simple to prepare, a very nice main dish meal, served with a salad.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate.
- Combine the broccoli, onion and 1/4 cup water in a saucepan; cover and cook over medium heat for 6 minutes, (don't overcook, cook only until just tender); drain thoroughly, dry VERY WELL with paper towels.
- In a bowl, combine the next 9 ingredients (starting after the 1/4 cup water).
- Mix in the broccoli/onion mixture; pour into a prepared 10-inch deep-dish pie plate.
- Sprinkle with desired amount of Parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until set.
- Let stand for 10 minutes before serving-- yummy!
- Note: if desired, this may be baked in an 11' x 7" baking pan, instead of a pie plate.
BEEF & BROCCOLI PIE

Steps:
- brown ground beef and onion. When cooked,add flour salt and garlic. Add milk, cream cheese and stir until thickened.Take about 1/2 cup of mixture out of pan and add to beaten egg. return mixture to fry pan stirring constantly for approxinately 2 minutes or until thickened. Stir in cooked broccoli and remove pan from burner.
- Line ungreased pie plate with one package of crescent roll one wedge at a time. Be sure to bring edges to top edge of pie plate and be sure all seams are sealed. spoon beef mixture into pie plate. cover with cheddar cheese and top with remaining package of crescent rolls.
- Bake in pre heated 350 degree oven for 30 to 40 minutes. serve with either rice or potato.
BROCCOLI BEEF PIE
If you love broccoli you will love this recipe. All creamy with cheese ground beef,and mushrooms to surely tantalize your taste buds.

- 1. Brown beef; drain and add mushrooms, 1 1/2 cups cheddar and onion.
- 2. Remove from heat and set aside.
- 3. Combine bisquick and water to form a soft dough.
- 4. Add remaining cheese, mixing in well.
- 5. Pat into a greased 13X9\" baking dish, spreading halfway up sides.
- 6. Spread meat mixture over dough and sprinkle with broccoli.
- 7. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over top.
- 8. Bake at 350 until a knife inserted in center tests clean, about 35 minutes.
- 9. To make Spinach Beef Pie: use spinach in place of broccoli and swiss cheese in place of cheddar.
IMPOSSIBLY EASY BEEF, BROCCOLI AND MUSHROOM PIE

- Heat oven to 400° F. Grease 9-inch pie plate. In medium bowl, mix beef, onions, broccoli and mushrooms; spoon into pie plate.
- In same bowl, stir Bisquick mix, milk, sour cream, eggs, salt and pepper until blended. Pour into pie plate. Top with cheese.
- Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes. Garnish with parsley, if desired.
