This is a seriously cheesy and beefy bean dip! Grab a bag of your favorite tortilla chips and start dipping. Every time I make this recipe everyone waits to see who will take home the leftovers. It is even better the second day.

1 pound ground beef
1 (11 ounce) can condensed cheese soup
1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
1 (16 ounce) jar picante sauce
1 (12 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers
½ pound processed cheese food, cubed

Steps:

  • Place ground beef in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium high heat until evenly brown.
  • Drain beef and place in a large, heavy saucepan with condensed cheese soup, refried beans, picante sauce, jalapeno peppers and processed cheese food. Cook on high until boiling, then reduce heat to low. Stirring constantly, cook until mixture is melted and bubbly.

I serve this at every gathering I host. It makes more than enough for a 2-qt slow cooker, which I keep it in to keep the dip warm.

1 lb velveeta
1 jar(s) salsa, chunky
1 lb each, ground beef and pork sausage

Steps:

  • 1. Brown ground beef and sausage together in a large pan.
  • 2. While your meat is browning, cut Velveeta into cubes (however small you like). This will help with melting into the meat.
  • 3. Drain fat from ground beef/sausage. Return to medium heat and add Velveeta, cubed. Once melted and mixed together, add the jar of salsa and heat thoroughly.
  • 4. Serve with Fritos corn chips or sturdy tortilla chips.

1 lb lean ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 (15 1/2 ounce) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (4 1/2 ounce) can chopped green chilies
1 cup sour cream
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (8 ounce) package shredded monterey jack pepper cheese
1 (8 ounce) package shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly grease a 2-quart baking dish.
  • In a large skillet, combine ground chuck and onion; cook over medium-high heat until beef is browned and crumbled. Drain well.
  • Stir in cream cheese, beans and chiles. Cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until combined. Remove from heat.
  • Stir in sour cream, cumin, chili powder, salt, pepper jack cheese and 1 cup of the cheddar cheese.
  • Spoon mixture into prepared dish; sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese.
  • Bake 30 minutes, or until hot and bubbly.
  • Serve with corn chips.

1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 pound ground beef
1 envelope taco seasoning
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
2 cups shredded cheddar or Mexican cheese blend
4 cups shredded lettuce
2 medium tomatoes, diced
1 small onion, diced
1 medium green pepper, diced
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth. Spread on a 12- to 14-in. pizza pan or serving dish. Refrigerate for 1 hour. , In a saucepan over medium heat, brown beef; drain. Add taco seasoning and tomato sauce; cook and stir for 5 minutes. Cool completely. Spread over cream cheese layer. Chill. , Just before serving, sprinkle with cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onion and green pepper. Serve with chips.

2 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can (16 ounces) refried beans
1 cup sour cream
1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons taco seasoning
Tortilla chips

Steps:

  • In a bowl, combine cheeses; set aside 2 cups for topping. Add beans, sour cream, cream cheese and taco seasoning to the remaining cheese. Transfer to a greased 2-qt. baking dish; sprinkle with reserved cheese. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly around the edges. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
