1 onion bun
2 Tablespoons Country French with Orange Blossom Honey Dressing
7 oz thinly sliced roast beef lunch meat

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 F.
  • Lay a sheet of aluminum foil flat on the counter.
  • Place the thin sliced roast beef in the center of the foil and fold up all four sides to completely enclose the beef.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • When the beef is almost done, heat the cheddar cheese sauce in a microwave safe bowl for 30 seconds or until heated through.

  • Layer on the roast beef slices piled high.
  • Spread the heated cheese sauce on top of the roast beef.

6 teaspoons horseradish sauce
6 onion poppy seed hamburger buns (any hamburger buns can be substituted)
1 - 1 1/2 pounds roast beef deli slices
15 ounce can Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese Sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Wrap the roast beef deli slices in foil. Using two foil packs will heat the meat up quickest.
  • Place the deli meat in oven for 15 minutes.
  • As the deli meat warms up in the oven, place the Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese Sauce in a saucepan on a low-medium heat on the stovetop. Stir frequently for 10 minutes.
  • Assemble the sandwiches. Place a teaspoon of horseradish on each bottom hamburger bun, followed by four slices roast beef deli meat, then a dollop of the Ricos Premium Cheddar Cheese Sauce.
  • Complete with the top of the hamburger bun and serve.

½ yellow onion, sliced thin
½ green bell pepper, sliced thin
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 pound deli roast beef, sliced thin
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
4 slices provolone cheese
4 soft hoagie rolls

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 450. Meanwhile, add oil, onion, and pepper to large skillet. Sautee on medium-high until vegetables are soft, about 7-10 minutes.
  • Add beef and Worcestershire sauce, sautéing for an additional 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Place hoagie rolls on baking sheet. Divide meat mixture evenly among rolls. Top with cheese. Bake until cheese has melted, about 5 minutes. Serve immediately.

1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for the baking dish
Kosher salt
3 cups wide egg noodles (about 5 ounces)
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan
12 ounces ground beef
1 red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
1 bunch scallions (white and green parts), finely chopped
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
One 14 1/2-ounce can petite diced tomatoes
2 cups grated Cheddar

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F. Oil a 2-quart baking dish.
  • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the noodles and cook to al dente according to the package directions. Drain and put in the prepared baking dish. Toss with the sour cream, Parmesan and 1/4 teaspoon salt.
  • Meanwhile, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring, until no longer pink, about 4 minutes. Add the bell peppers and scallions and cook until crisp-tender, about 3 minutes. Make a space in the pan, add the tomato paste and toast for a minute. Sprinkle with the Italian seasoning and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Add the diced tomatoes, stir and bring to a simmer. Cook until slightly thickened, about 2 minutes.
  • Pour the beef mixture over the noodles and sprinkle with the grated Cheddar. Bake on the middle rack until the cheese is melted and the edges are bubbling, 15 to 20 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

1-1/2 pounds ground beef
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
3 slices process cheese (Velveeta)
1/4 cup chopped onion
2 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 loaf (1 pound) French bread or Italian bread
Additional process cheese (Velveeta) slices, optional
1 medium green pepper, thinly sliced
1 medium tomato, thinly sliced

Steps:

  • In a skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in tomato sauce, cheese, onion, bouillon and garlic powder. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes or until bouillon is dissolved and cheese is melted. Cut the bread in half widthwise and lengthwise. Carefully hollow out top and bottom of loaf, leaving a 1/2-in. shell (discard removed bread or save for another use). Spoon meat mixture into bottom halves of bread. Top with additional cheese if desired, green pepper and tomato. Replace bread tops. Wrap in heavy-duty foil. Bake at 400° for 15-20 minutes or until heated through. Slice and serve warm.

1 1/2 pound top round steak
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon spicy brown mustard
1 teaspoon chopped rosemary leaves
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
4 hoagie rolls, sliced down the middle
1 cup shredded Monterey jack cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon hot sauce

Steps:

  • Heat an outdoor grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Preheat the broiler.
  • Season the steak with salt and pepper, to taste. Grill the meat until it is medium-rare, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together the Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, mustard, rosemary, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.
  • Remove the steak from the grill to a cutting board, cover it with foil, and allow it to rest for 5 minutes. Slice the steak thinly and toss the slices in the Worcestershire sauce mixture.
  • Spread the rolls open and arrange on a baking sheet. Sprinkle each roll with a 1/4 cup of the cheese and put them under the broiler until the cheese is melted and bubbling, about 1 to 2 minutes.
