BEEF & HIDDEN LIVER MEATBALLS
Steps:
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees and line a sheet pan with parchment paper.
- Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl. Mix enough to incorporate all of the ingredients, but be sure not to do too much or the meat will toughen.
- Divide the meat into 1 inch balls.
- Bake for 28-30 minutes, until they're just cooked and slightly browned on top.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 450˚ F. Line 2 baking sheets with foil and coat with cooking spray.
- Combine the beef, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, onion, garlic, parsley, 2 teaspoons salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper in a large bowl; mix with your hands until combined. Form into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 30). Arrange the meatballs on the prepared baking sheets.
- Bake the meatballs until browned and cooked through, 12 to 15 minutes.
BEEF AND LIVER MEATBALLS
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to bake at 350. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine ground beef and beef liver. Season with smoked paprika, garlic, garam masala, black pepper, and salt. Continue to mix with hands until meat is equally seasoned.Mix in the diced onion. Form meat mixture into balls, slightly larger than an ounce. Cut bacon in half. Place cross-wise in muffin tin. Fill bacon strips with meat mixture. Bake for 25 minutes.
