As you probably know, we're big fans of little meatloaves-like these delicious minis made with shredded cheese and BBQ sauce in a muffin tin.

1 lb. extra-lean ground beef
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup KRAFT Shredded Colby & Monterey Jack Cheeses
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375ºF.
  • Mix first 5 ingredients until blended.
  • Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. or until done (160ºF), brushing with combined barbecue sauce and sugar for the last 10 min.

1 cup hot water
1 (120 g) package STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 pound extra-lean ground beef
1 cup KRAFT Mozza-Cheddar Shredded Cheese
2 green onions, thinly sliced
1/2 cup BULL'S-EYE Bold Original Barbecue Sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
  • Add hot water to stuffing mix in large bowl; stir just until moistened. Add meat, cheese and onions; mix well.
  • Press into 12 muffin cups sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 25 min. or until done (160 degrees F), brushing with combined barbecue sauce and sugar for the last 10 min.
