CHEWY BUTTERSCOTCH BROWNIES
Steps:
- 1. Cream together the butter and brown sugar. Mix in the eggs and vanilla. Gradually beat in the flour, baking powder and salt. Stir in butterscotch chips.
- 2. Spread into a 9 x 13 pan and bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes.
