Steps:
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium-high heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Season chicken with seasoned salt and pepper. Grill chicken over direct heat until juices run clear, turning once or twice, 8 to 10 minutes. Move to an unheated part of the grill and lather with BBQ sauce; let stand until sauce becomes sticky, about 2 minutes. Transfer chicken to a cutting board and cut into bite-sized cubes.
- Divide chicken, bacon, tomato, lettuce, Colby cheese, and ranch among tortillas. Roll up tortillas and grill over direct heat, folded-side down, until cheese melts, about 1 minute per side. Cut wraps in half to serve.

- In a small saucepan, combine the first 9 ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until thickened, 5-8 minutes. Reserve 1/4 cup sauce for wraps., Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper; place on an oiled grill rack. Grill, covered, over medium heat 7-8 minutes. - Heat vegetable oil in a non-stick grill pan over medium high heat.
- Cut chicken breasts into slices about a half inch wide; season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken slices in pan (about 8-10 at a time) and grill until browned and juices run clear, about 3-4 minutes on each side. Repeat until all chicken is cooked.
- Meanwhile, process chipotles in adobo in food processor until fine. Add in the BBQ sauce and process to make sure everything is pureed.

Steps:
- Spray crock pot with cooking spray.
- Place frozen chicken breasts in crock pot. Pour BBQ sauce over chicken evenly.
- Cook on low 6-7 hours ( I cook it all day while I am at work).
- When chicken is cooked remove from crock pot and shred with fork. Add additional BBQ sauce if necessary.
- Fry bacon.
- Spread cole slaw (about 1 heaping tablespoon) onto tortilla, add some shredded chicken, crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Wrap up your tortill and enjoy!
