1 lb cubed cubed boneless skinless chicken breast
2 cups cubed potatoes
1 cup diced onion
1 cup barbecue sauce

Steps:

  • Stir together all ingredients in a medium bowl. Place equal amounts onto 4 large rectangles of heavy duty foil. Bring up sides of foil and fold over twice. Fold in ends, leaving room for air to circulate. Grill over medium heat for 30 minutes.

4 small chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
3/4 c bbq sauce
1 can(s) corn, canned & drained
1/2 c green peppers,chopped

Steps:

  • 1. First heat the grill to about medium heat. Then place 1 chicken breast in the center of each of 4 large sheets of foil. Then top with remaining ingredients.
  • 2. Next fold each foil to make a packet.
  • 3. Then grill for about 12 to 15 mins or until chicken is done. Carefully open each foil packet & serve.
  • 4. Special Tip: Before you close each packet sprinkle 2 Tsp. grated parmesan cheese.

1/2 cup barbecue sauce
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 (8-ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 red bell pepper, cut into 1-inch chunks
2 scallions, sliced

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut 4 (12-inch) squares of aluminum foil.
  • Place barbecue sauce in a shallow dish. Evenly sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then dip in barbecue sauce, coating completely.
  • Place each breast in center of a piece of foil. Top evenly with pineapple slices, bell pepper, and scallions. Spoon any remaining barbecue sauce over vegetables. Wrap foil securely, leaving room for steam to circulate, and seal edges tightly. Place packets on a baking sheet.
  • Bake 20 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Open packets carefully, as steam may be released.

An easy WOW from a Crescent Cook: Add a super simple sauce to convenient rotisserie chicken, wrap it in a Crescent and it's ready in 30 minutes. Servings # 4

1 teaspoon butter
2 cups shredded deli rotisserie chicken
1/2 cup barbecue sauce
3 tablespoons frozen (thawed) orange juice concentrate
1 tablespoon honey
2 medium green onions, chopped
1 can (8 oz) Pillsbury® refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (2 oz)

Steps:

  • In 1-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in chicken, barbecue sauce, orange juice concentrate and honey. Remove from the heat; stir in green onions. Set aside.
  • Separate dough into 4 rectangles; press perforations to seal. Spoon 1/2 cup chicken mixture onto half of each rectangle; sprinkle with cheese. Fold dough over filling; press edges with fork to seal.
  • Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375°F 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown.

1 Tbsp. KRAFT Original Barbecue Sauce

Steps:

  • Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  • Place potatoes in center of large sheet of heavy-duty foil sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining ingredients.
  • Bring up foil sides. Double fold top and ends to seal packet, leaving room for heat circulation inside. Place on grate of grill; cover with lid.
  • Grill 12 to 15 min. or until chicken is done (165°F) and potatoes are tender. Cut slits in foil to release steam before opening packet.
