WALNUT-CRUSTED TILAPIA
We absolutely love this Tilapia. It's so healthy plus it's quick and easy to make!

Steps:
- 1. Heat oven to 425. Coat a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray. In a small skillet over medium-high heat, toast walnuts for 5 minutes.
- 2. Stir together mayonnaise and mustard. Brush tilapia with mustard mixture, then sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Press chopped walnuts onto top side of each fillet.
- 3. Place tilapia on baking sheet; bake @ 425 for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily. Enjoy!

- Preheat oven to 400°. Place salmon on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray. Mix mustard and honey; brush over salmon. Place bread in a food processor; pulse until coarse crumbs form. Transfer to a small bowl. Stir in walnuts, oil and thyme; press onto salmon., Bake 12-15 minutes or until topping is lightly browned and fish just begins to flake easily with a fork.
