CHOCOLATE STUFFED BANANAS

- 1. Instructions Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Make a lengthwise slit down the center of each banana. Divide the chocolate chips evenly in the center slits of the bananas. Wrap each banana tightly in aluminum foil. Grill the bananas for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the chocolate chips are slightly melted. Unwrap the bananas and peel back the skins. Slice into 2-inch pieces and serve immediately. Notes Since these can be a little messy, you might want to serve them with toothpicks, or slice them a little smaller and serve over ice cream.

- Leave the peel on and cut each banana down the middle lengthwise.
- Stuff chocolate chips into the banana halves.
- Wrap tightly in aluminum foil.
- Place on hot coals for 5-7 minutes.
- Turn frequently.
