- Place the chicken in a shallow baking dish; add barbecue sauce. Turn to coat; cover. Refrigerate overnight., Grill chicken, covered, over medium-high heat until a thermometer reads 165°, 6-8 minutes on each side. Cool; cover and refrigerate chicken until chilled. , Chop chicken; place in a large bowl. Stir in the mayonnaise, onion, celery, salt and pepper flakes. Serve on rolls with tomato and lettuce.

- Place chicken in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Mix seasoning mix (dry), ketchup and stir-fry sauce; pour over chicken.
- Cover and cook on low heat setting 6 to 7 hours or until juice of chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut and chicken is tender.
- Pull chicken into shreds, using 2 forks. Stir well to mix chicken with sauce. To serve, place 1/4 cup coleslaw mix on roll and top with chicken. Chicken mixture will hold on low heat setting up to 2 hours.

- Place the chicken in a large resealable plastic bag; add barbecue sauce. Seal the bag and turn over to coat chicken. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.

Steps:
- Take your breasts and cut them lengthwise right down the middle. You want them to be about half as thick as they are out of the package.
- Season the chicken with your salt, pepper, and garlic to your taste.
- Cook bacon and set aside for later.
- Grill Chicken over medium heat until done (about 5-7 minutes each side).
- While chicken is still on grill, lightly brush on barbecue sauce on face of Chicken.
- Place 2 pieces of bacon over BBQ sauce on chicken.
- Generously cover bacon with cheese.
- Leave for about 2 more minutes (or until cheese is melted).
- Toast your crossaints during step 8.
