For those of us who have leftover bananas, but don't care for banana bread, these banana bars are really moist and yummy!

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, stir together the flour, sugar, artificial sweetener, baking powder and baking soda. In a separate bowl, stir together the butter, vanilla, milk, eggs and bananas; pour into the dry ingredients and mix well. Spread evenly in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 35 minutes in the preheated oven, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

BANANA CHOCOLATE CHIP BLONDIE BARS
Super easy to make and so moist and ooey gooey. The combination of banana and chocolate chip is to die for.

Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar. Mix until combined. Add vanilla and egg, mix well.
- 2. Whisk flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda together and add to wet ingredients. Add mashed bananas and stir until combined. Fold in mini chocolate chips and nuts. DO NOT OVERMIX. Sprinkle some mini chips on top.
- 3. Pour into a greased and floured 8 X 8 inch baking pan.
- 4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting.
