Number Of Ingredients 10

6 oz nestle semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 c sugar
1 1/4 c graham cracker crumbs
2 Tbsp sugar
1/4 c butter, melted
3/4 c sugar
16 oz softened cream cheese
1/2 c sour cream
1 tsp vanilla
4 eggs

Steps:

  • 1. Oven to 325 degrees. Combine chocolate and 1/2 c sugar over hot water, not boiling. Beat until melted smooth. Remove from heat and set aside. Combine graham, 2 T sugar and melted butter. Press into 9" springform, covering bottom and 1/2 up sides. Beat cream cheese until creamy. Beat in 3/4 c sugar. Mix in sour cream and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Divide batter in half, stir chocolate into one. Pour chocolate into pan, then plain. Swirl with a knife to marbleize. Bake 50 min or until only a 2-3" circle in center will shake. Cool at room temperature, refrigerate until ready to serve.
