ONE-POT PEPPERONI PIZZA MAC & CHEESE
Pepperoni Pizza Mac and Cheese: made completely in one pot or skillet! Because the only way pizza could get better is if you made it on a mac & cheese crust.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In an oven-safe dutch oven or pot, bring pasta, broth, milk, salt, garlic and oregano to a boil and reduce to a simmer over medium heat. Cook and stir for 10-12 minutes until al dente. Stir in 1½ cups cheese.
- Top with pizza sauce, remaining cheese and pepperoni and bake for 10 minutes until hot. Broil for 1-2 minutes until pepperoni starts to crisp up on the edges and cheese starts to brown.
- Devour.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cook macaroni according to package directions for al dente. Drain; return to pan. Stir in contents of cheese packets and sour cream. Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish., In a small bowl, combine tomatoes and pizza sauce; drop by spoonfuls over macaroni. Top with peppers, cheese and pepperoni. - For the mac and cheese: Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the macaroni and cook according to package instructions for al dente; drain, reserving 1 3/4 cups of the pasta water.
- Bring the milk, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper flakes to a simmer in a large saucepan over medium heat. Continue cooking until the milk reduces to 1 1/2 cups, about 15 minutes. Add the cream cheese and stir until melted. Gradually whisk in both the Cheddar and Italian blend cheeses, a handful at a time, until all the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Add the cooked macaroni and reserved pasta water to the cheese sauce and stir to combine. Stir in the marinara sauce, sun-dried tomatoes and pepperoni and adjust the seasoning with salt. Pour into a 9-by-13-inch baking dish. Toss the bread crumbs, Parmesan and sun-dried tomato oil together in a small bowl until the crumbs are moistened and sprinkle evenly over the macaroni and cheese. Bake until bubbly and lightly browned, about 10 minutes.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook elbow macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and return pasta to pot. Add butter, milk, and cheese mix to macaroni; stir until evenly mixed.

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Reserving cheese packets, cook macaroni in the boiling water, stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite, 8 minutes. - Heat oven to 425°F. Spray 3-quart casserole with cooking spray. Cook and drain macaroni as directed on package. In 12-inch nonstick skillet, cook sausage over medium-high heat until no longer pink; drain. In same skillet, cook bell pepper and onion 5 minutes or until crisp-tender.
- In 4-quart saucepan, melt butter over medium-low heat. Stir in flour, salt and 1/2 teaspoon of the pepper flakes. Cook and stir until smooth.
