CIDER-GLAZED HONEY BAKED HAM
Another Land-O-Lakes recipe. This is a very easy recipe and looks really good. I haven't tried it yet, but if you do please let me know.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350*F.
- place ham in a 13x9 baking pan.
- pour apple cider over ham.
- in medium bowl stir together remaining ingredients (except apples).
- spoon sauce over entire ham.
- bake, basting every 15 minutes with pan juices for 60 to 70 minutes or until heated through.
- serve carved ham with pan juices, garnish with apple slices.

You'll never have another salty, dry ham again! I use this recipe every Christmas and Easter and get a pretty, moist, and succulent ham every time.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 250 or if pressed for time 300.
- Remove the rind from the ham and most of the fat if there in a lot. I always score the ham - cut it diagonally so you get the pretty diamonds. Put a clove in the center of each diamond. Place ham in a baking pan lined with aluminum foil - eliminates that nasty clean up later.
- In a small bowl, combine mustard, brown sugar and honey. Pour glaze over the ham and press into the cuts. Using toothpicks, secure slices of pineapple to the ham with a cherry in the middle of each ring.
- Bake the ham from 4 hours to all day. Baste every 30 minute with equal parts wine and ginger ale, or ginger ale only. Later in the cooking process use the pan juices for basting.
- Remove from the oven and let ham stand for 30 minutes before carving. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Place ham, fat side up, on rack in shallow roasting. Insert meat thermometer into ham surface at a slight angle or through the end of the ham so tip is in center of thickest part of ham and does not touch bone or fat.
- Roast 12 to 16 minutes per pound in 325°F oven or until thermometer reads 120°F.
- Remove ham from oven. Pour drippings from pan. Remove any skin from ham. Cut fat surface of ham lightly in uniform diamond shapes; insert whole clove in each diamond.
- Mix honey, mustard and ground cloves; brush on ham. Roast uncovered about 20 minutes longer or until thermometer reads 135°F.
- Cover ham with tent of aluminum foil and let stand about 10 minutes or until thermometer reads 140°F.
