3 pounds bone-in chicken thighs
2 tablespoons avocado oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cracked pepper
1 teaspoon chopped parsley

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray.
  • Add all of the ingredients except for the parsley to a large zip top bag and seal. Smush the chicken around in the bag to coat in the seasoning.
  • Arrange chicken on the baking sheet and bake for 35-45 minutes or until a thermometer reads 165 degrees.
  • Sprinkle chicken with parsley just before serving.

2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Black Pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easier clean up.
  • Mix the seasonings together.
  • Rub the chicken thighs in olive oil and then rub the seasoning blend into the chicken.

6 bone-in, skin-on chicken thighs
Salt & black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil
4-6 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400F.
  • In a medium bowl, whisk the olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning to form a paste.
  • Generously season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper. Place the chicken thighs in a baking dish, skin-side up. With a spoon or basting brush, distribute the garlic mixture over the top of the chicken thighs.
  • Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until the chicken's internal temperature reaches 175F.
