- Preheat oven to 400°. Place fish in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish. Sprinkle with seasoned salt, pepper and paprika if desired. Drizzle with butter. , Cover and bake until fish just begins to flake easily with a fork, 15-20 minutes.

Steps:
- 1. Rinse and dry fish and put into a baking pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Combine all ingredients (except lemon slices, paprika and/or parsley) and pour over fish. Let stand at least one hour.
- 2. Bake in a 400 degree oven for about 30 minutes, or until fish flakes and has lost its transparency. Baste a couple of times during baking process. Decorate top with lemon slices, paprika and/or parsley.

Steps:
- 1. Dredge the fish fillets in flour and a little salt. Place them in a shallow baking dish so that they all fit snugly.
- 2. Saute the onions, in a bit of butter until they are tender and transparent. Spread the onions over the fish fillets.
- 3. Prepare the sauce as follows: Blend the olive oil, white vinegar, garlic, oregano, mustard, parsley, coriander, lemon juice, and wine.
- 4. Pour the sauce over the fish, and bake the fish, uncovered, in a 350° oven for about 45 minutes.
- 5. Suggestion: Serve a nice soup, a pasta with the fish, and a salad on the side. Perfection!
