I found this on another website. Was very quick to put together and in the oven. I used boneless country-style pork ribs and they were juicy and tender.

1 cup cola
2 tablespoons brown sugar
8 pork chops
salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Place pork chops in shallow baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Mix cola, ketchup and brown sugar in a bowl; pour over pork chops.
  • Cover and bake for 1 hour (more or less depending on thickness of chops).

1 cup ketchup
1 cup cola-flavored carbonated beverage
2 tablespoons brown sugar
8 pork chops
salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Mix together the ketchup, cola and brown sugar.
  • Place pork chops into a baking pan and pour cola mixture over, coating well. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for about one hour depending on the thickness of the pork chop.

6 -8 pork chops
12 -16 ounces Coke
1 large onion
3 tablespoons prepared mustard
6 tablespoons ketchup
1 dash pepper
1 can sliced mushroom (, or fresh)
1 dash garlic powder

Steps:

  • Brown the pork chops on both sides and drain.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Slice onions and fry lightly.
  • Remove from pan.
  • Pour Coke and other ingredients in the skillet.
  • Add pork chops and onions back into the skillet.
  • Simmer on low with a lid for 30-45 minutes until liquid is evaporated and a thickened sauce has formed.

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350
  • 2. Place pork chops in a 9 x 13 glass baking dish
  • 3. Measure out Heinz ketchup, and coca cola, SLOWLY add coca cola to ketchup, using a small whisk, stir together and pour over pork chops, lifting up each pork chop to make sure the sauce mixture gets underneath each piece and cover with aluminum foil. place dish in oven and bake for one hour.

4 pork chops (each about  1/2 inch thick)
1 cup Coca-Cola
1 cup ketchup

Steps:

  • Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the pork chops and cook, flipping once, until browned on both sides, 5-6 minutes.
  • Stir together the ketchup and Coke in a small bowl and pour the sauce over the pork chops, turning the chops to coat.
  • Bring the sauce just to a simmer then decrease heat to low and allow to cook until the pork chops are no longer pink in the center and the sauce has thickened, about 15 minutes.
  • Serve the pork chops hot with the sauce spooned over them.

1 cup ketchup
4 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt

This is also called Boy Scout Pork Chops. When the boys were out camping they would make these chops in a dutch oven. Of course they didn't have an oven. lol. They are so good and tender...Worth trying if you have never had them this way.

1 1/2 c ketchup
brown sugar

  • 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a large baking pan with non stick spray. Layer pork chops in the bottom of the pan. Pour cola over the top of them and sprinkle with brown sugar, if you like. Bake for one hour. Do not cover. Pork chops should be very tender. Delicious and easy. I like to drizzle a little mustard on top of mine and then the brown sugar
