BAKED BANANAS WITH STRAWBERRY FLAMBE
This makes its own sauce as it bakes and will impress your guests. A wonderful and very simple treat. If you want to keep it simple, omit the flambe step. From the Best of the Best from Arkansas.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Peel bananas and arrange them, whole, side by side in a buttered baking dish.
- Spread the butter on top of the bananas.
- Rinse and hull the strawberries.
- Arrange them in rows in the spaces between the bananas.
- Sprinkle brown sugar over the berries and bananas.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the bananas are cooked through.
- Don't overbake.
- To serve, warm the Grand Marnier and pour it over the bananas and berries.
- Light immediately.
- For the most impressive effect, do this at the table with the lights dim so the flame will show.
- Serve as soon as the fire goes out.

BAKED BANANAS FLAMBE

Steps:
- Halve bananas and place in a small baking dish. Dot with butter and sprinkle with apple juice concentrate, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour orange juice over all. Bake lightly covered 15 minutes at 375 degrees. To serve, place bananas in dessert dishes. Top with fresh fruits. Combine the Triple Sec and Run and heat slowly. Light with a match and pour flaming liquid over individual dishes. When the flame subsides, drop on one scoop of vinilla ice cream. Serves 2.
