AIR FRYER BACON-WRAPPED JALAPEñO POPPERS RECIPE BY TASTY

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- Wearing latex gloves, slice the jalapeños in half lengthwise. Carefully scoop out the seeds and membrane.
- In a medium bowl, mix together the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, salt, and pepper with a rubber spatula. Transfer the cheese mixture to a piping bag fitted with a medium round tip or a resealable plastic bag with a corner snipped off.
- Pipe the cream cheese filling into each jalapeño half.
- Wrap each jalapeno in 1 strip of bacon.
- Working in batches, place half of the poppers in the air fryer and fry for 8-10 minutes, until the bacon is crispy. Repeat with the remaining poppers.

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
- Mix cream cheese and Cheddar cheese together in a bowl until evenly blended. Fill each jalapeno half with the cheese mixture. Put halves back together and wrap each stuffed pepper with a slice of bacon. Arrange bacon-wrapped peppers on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is crispy, about 15 minutes.

- Preheat a grill or grill plate to medium-low heat.
- Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, chili powder, onion powder black pepper, and salt over the pineapple spears in a bowl. Mix until they are completely coated.
- Lay a slice of bacon at a slight diagonal angle on your work surface. Lay a second slice above it making sure they slightly overlapped in the middle.
- Place one hot dog and one thin pineapple spear near the bottom part of the first slice of bacon. Tuck the end of the bacon around the hot dog and pineapple and roll across the counter until they are completely encased. Use toothpicks if needed to get a tight seal.
- Place the hot dogs on the grill and cook gently until the bacon is crispy and the pineapple and hot dog are heated through, about 40 minutes. Flip halfway through.
- Place into hot dog buns, top with barbecue sauce, minced red onion, and minced jalapeño (optional).
