- In a large skillet, cook and crumble turkey with onion over medium heat until turkey is no longer pink, 6-8 minutes. Stir in bacon, tomatoes, ketchup, pickle and mustard; heat through., Stir in cheese until melted. Spoon meat mixture onto bun bottoms. Replace tops.

- Cook the bacon in skillet before setting aside on paper towels and draining off most of the bacon grease from the pan.
- Add the beef and onions and cook over medium-high heat breaking the beef up as you cook it and drain any excess grease from the pan.
- Add the garlic and cook for a minute.
- Add the mixture of the corn starch and broth, followed by the ketchup, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, steak seasoning and cook until the sauce thickens a bit, about 3-5 minutes.
- Add the bacon and cheese and cook until the cheese melts.
- Divide the filling between the buns and enjoy!

- In a large skillet, cook the bacon over medium heat for 5 minutes. Add the onion, celery, bell pepper, and garlic and cook until the veggies are softened about 7 minutes. Push to one side of the skillet. Increase the heat to high and add the ground beef and cook for about 7 minutes, breaking up clumps, until cooked through. Add ketchup worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook 5 minutes more till thickened. Serve on your toasted buns.
