AWESOME CHOCOLATE CHIP STREUSEL COFFEE CAKE
This is another winner from my 5 star collection...you really won't find a more buttery and moist cake...rises very high too.

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease a tube pan (angel food cake pan).
- Mix together all streusel ingredients; set aside.
- Sift together the first 4 ingredients.
- In a bowl cream the butter, sugar and eggs, until light and fluffy.
- Mix together the dry ingredients with the cream mixture alternately with the sour cream; beat well.
- Add vanilla; beat.
- Pour 1/2 of batter into prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with 1/2 of the streusel mix.
- Add the remaining cake batter over the streusel.
- Sprinkle with remaining streusel mix.
- Bake for 1 hour.

AWESOME CHOCOLATE KAHLUA CAKE
Steps:
- 1. preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour a Bundt pahn
- 2. In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except chocolate chips, beat with electric mixer on low speed r until blended, then beat on medium speed for 4 minutes. stir in chololate chips.
- 3. Pour into prepared pan, bake 50-60 minutes or until tester comes out clean.
- 4. Cool on wire rack for 10 minutes, then remove from pan and cool completely. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
SANDY'S AWESOME CHOCOLATE CAKE
I found this recipe over on AllRecipes about a month ago and have to say it's the best chocolate cake I've ever had! So i had to bring it over here and share it. I haven't tried the frosting, as I had whip cream between the layers and a chocolate ganache frosting on top. Let me know how the frosting turns out!

Steps:
- For Cake:.
- In a mixing bowl, cream brown sugar and butter.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
- Beat on high speed until light and fluffy. Blend in vanilla.
- Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; add alternately with sour cream to creamed mixture. Mix on low just until combined.
- Stir in water until blended.
- Pour into three greased and floured 9-in. round baking pans.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes.
- Cool in pans 10 minutes; remove to wire racks to cool completely.
- For Frosting:.
- In a medium saucepan, melt butter and chocolate over low heat. Cool several minutes.
- In a mixing bowl, combine sugar, sour cream and vanilla.
- Add chocolate mixture and beat until smooth.
- Frost cooled cake.

AWESOME CHOCOLATE CAKE
This cake is very moist, rich & decadent. The coffee really intensifies the chocolate flavor & sends it over the top. I frosted mine with a chocolate buttercream.

- 1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour an 9x13 cake pan or two 9 inch round cake pans.
- 2. In a large bowl, stir together all the dry ingredients. Add the eggs, milk, oil, & vanilla & mix for 2 minutes with electric mixer on medium speed.
- 3. Stir in the very hot coffee last. Batter will be thin.
- 4. Pour evenly into prepared pan(s) & bake 30-35 minutes in preheated oven until toothpick in center comes out clean. (Round layers: cool in pans for 10 minutes and then transfer to wire rack to cool completely.) Once cooled, frost with frosting of choice & enjoy!
AWESOME CHOCOLATE CAKE!
Steps:
- Bake cake according to package directions for a 9×13 inch pan; cool on wire rack for 5 minutes. Make slits across the top of the cake or use the non-spoon end of a wooden spoon to make holes, making sure not to go through to the bottom.
- In a saucepan over low heat, combine sweetened condensed milk and caramel topping, stirring until smooth and blended. Slowly pour the warm topping mixture over the top of the warm cake, letting it sink into the slits or holes. Then pour hot fudge, and finally (for now) sprinkle the crushed chocolate toffee or peanut butter bars liberally across the entire cake while still warm. Let cake cool completely.
- Then top with whipped topping. Decorate the top of the cake with some more chocolate toffee or peanut butter bar chunks and swirls of caramel topping or chocolate or even both. Refrigerate and serve right from the pan!

This is a fab recipe,easy and always comes out great.For something different crumble up the cake with your hands,make a cream cheese frosting with 500g cream cheese,1/2 cup room temp butter,31/2 - 4 cups icing sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla.Mix well with cake crumbs and shape into balls.Delish!!Add some bourbon if you want a grownup version.Be careful if you double this recipe,it will require 2 large bowls and 2 large baking tins!!Servings are approx.
